My brother and I have this thing we do to break the monotony, DRUNKEN BENCH PRESS. I love these! Something like once every 2 or 3 months. 220 for 20 reps then drink a beer or drink a shot or whatever, I try not to confine myself to a set routine all the time, you'll just get burnt out that way, best to have no rules sometimes.
Yea i seen like that on you tube Rich Piana and a guy doing that. Ain't for me i would quit after first couple beers and go to the bar.

I hit arms yesterday... today will be compound volume legs with some quad iso and some forearm work possibly.
700 reps quads, 500 reps hammys, and a good 800 or so reps on calves. Hard to really count glutes since they work in basically every compound leg exercise. I usually vomit afterwards, keep rests under 45seconds and wrap a band around my calves to prevent bloodflow to and from the calves to help with pump/growth. Only doing that with calf iso. Soleus focus today
