Got to try out my new 40 lb vest tonite, well i took out some bags so it was 20lb i was wearing around while working out, the cardio killed me i hit the bag with it on in 15min sets. Some dips, chins, sit ups. Trying to get a feel for it. I sweat a shitload tonite maybe drop to 15lb, joints sore now, pumped like never before did 15iu pre workout, waited 90 min killed it today, completely depleted. Just nailed 2 metrx trd 51's, the nutrient rush felt crazy i got sick but held it down. I can normally pound 2 shakes and feel fine. But i did suck a carboforce down prior to them and just after grueling for two hours. I spiked my igf good lol, i got a ten pound eye round i grilled it been eating it since begin of blast. :))
