Zx636RRI was planning to do the normal protocal but a workout pal got some unreal gains by spot injecting and blasting for short periods.. i was just following hus advice because he has the best physique in the place and helps alot of us in general. He kept saying trust me ur first blast is the best then after that it dont work just to do normal protocol. I will keep this experience underwraps tho apologies
