Did no carbs (less than 100/day) for about 2-3 months. Been Off TRT for about 6 months now. Just started Test/Deca this week and introducing carbs.
Will be focusing on back & hamstrings definition, and chest and arm size over this cycle.
Any suggestions?
Higher volume and multiple exercise variation for back and hamstring and then a bit heavier but with slightly less volume on Chest and Arms?
I successfully brought up my quads and put definition onto them by adding front squats and high bar squats this past year. (had only ever done power squat for 2 decades! )

Great overall physique to say your currently natty!
You look better than some who are stacking everything known to man lol.
Romanian deadlifts would be a good addition to your training, hits lower back n hams at the same time.
Good luck with your cycle, you've definitely put the work in, +1
Thanks bro! I've started super setting squats and leg curl and then lunges with Romanian's- before doing some extensions- Leaving me totally gassed but it's keeping the ham's as a priority for the time being. As I adjust more, I might throw in an additional ham exercise like some GHR.
What were you doing in place of trt?
did HCG for a month with Aromasin, than clomid for 6-7 weeks with DAA.
cozy1For real man, how did you feel? Do you feel you restarted hpta axis well?
how did you feel?
felt great. test levels didn't drop below 500 till about 1.5 months ago when they hit 300 - even then I felt fine, but def notice the change in muscle mass and fullness.
I've thought about it but I'm in the 200's without injections.
thats where I was when I got on TRT in the first place. I feel like diet, training and supplements can go along way though. Switching to high fat, high cholesterol and throwing in more rest days and more heavy days/power movements (2-3 rep range) and things like DAA, tons of broccoli/cauliflower etc.
Yeah, if it worked constant I'd make the switch with daa etc.
