Need some good advice on losing fat

ad

I started off weighing 265 lbs. I am 6'2". Most people are shocked when I tell them what I weigh because I do not look fat.

For the last 3 weeks I have been using...

250mg per week of Cyp.
500mg per week of primo
50mcg per day of T3

I'm now 275lbs. I've gained noticeable muscle mass and definitely some water weight but no matter how much cardio I do, no matter how much I sweat it out in the sauna, I cannot lose weight. I am on a low fat high protein diet and I only eat carbs the meal before my workout.

What am I doing wrong? Am I just being impatient? Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated including any other gear I should get.

Thanks!

Cd1 said it all. Fasted cardio first thing in the morning (make sure to take bcaa's) first and make sure your diet is flawless. If you do this you WILL burn body fat. Also, I would consult the mirror and how your clothes fit before you consult the scale when it comes to judging success since you are using grear. Water weight and any muscle mass you put on may trick you into thinking you are not doing something right when in fact you are but your weight increases although the amount of fat you are carrying decreases

Gear doesn't help you loose weight. Diet and cardio will though.

Post up you daily diet, that will help the guys hone in on why exactly you're not losing weight. Drugs won't do anything for you... Why are you running T3 as CD1 asked.

Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as your body is catabolic from not eating for about 7 - 8 hours depending on how long you sleep for, take some bcaa's before your cardio as this will help prevent muscle wastage as your body is catabolic you want it to burn fat and not muscle.
After you've done your cardio, wait about 30 mins then eat your first meal.
Who told you to take T3?

I've been doing exactly that since mid February and have knocked 2" of my waist line and got noticeably more defined. It works like a charm.

It's the best way mate, there is no fuel in the body so your body has almost no choice than to burn fat as energy, 20 mins after training also helps but I like to get protein and carbs in after training so if dieting I will return to the gym in the evening about an before bed then do 30mins cardio and take Casin protein after with peanut butter....The peanut butter helps slower the release of protein throughout the night so your not going crazy catabolic from to much cardio.. Cheers for the plus one

I agree! I wish I could get the second evening cardio in but I work 9-5 so I do my AM cardio at six in the morning then lift at 6 in the evening. By the time I get home, cook, walk my dog etc is bedtime. That, and like you I want to maxi the anabolic window after lifting so I slam protein and carbs instead of more cardio

T3...Who and why are you taking this compound?
The thyroid gland is something that shouldn't be messed with, I know you are only taking a small dose but never the less its still a dose, the effects that compounds like T3/T4 have can sometimes never be reversed so someone miss using this compound could result in an over active thyroid for the rest of there life which would mean doctors prescription meds for the rest of there days.
Please consider dropping this and also getting your bloods checked along with the thyroid, an over active thyroid can also cause blood clotting which could be a problem if you ever needed an operation etc etc...
There is no reason why cardio won't help u lose fat and then just use steroids to put the icing on the cake so to speak.
May be post some pictures so we can comment / help further.

What is your BF%? What are you using for an ai? How many cals are you eating?
And don't get any other gear! Diet and exercise are what will help you lose weight. It is not based on how much or what gear you are taking.

Thank you. My thought was to build up muscle and lose body fat at the same time. I'm not using the gear to lose weight.
