He is an encyclopedia of AAS knowledge. And is more then willing to share his knowledge. But it's true. Sometimes guys come off harsh because they run out of patience from being asked the same thing over and over only for guys not to listen anyway or because thier to lazy to do a little research of thier own. It's nothing personal dude. Don't give up on the site yet man. Give it a chance. There's also guys who haven't been around as many years and still do have a lot of patience like myself. I may not have as much knowledge as the veterans but I have enough to help a newbie get started on the right track. And I also know who I can send you to if I don't know something.

You also have to understand there is a lot of fatigue around these forums from having everyone beg for proper cycles without doing their research, so we can come off a bit harsh you know, from the constant spoon feeding. id recommend you sending gear head a PM, he is an encyclopedia of knowledge on here and he's already giving you some great advice, you might want to take it a bit further with him in PM, especially tweaking you diet.

Your goals are long term, and will not be accomplished within a single cycle. I'd say he's 100% correct in that you should cut down your BF%, and then from there gain that mass you're seeking.
