Don't train more than 1 muscle group a day or else the protein will get confused and won't know which way to go.

A skinny guy I worked with asked my buddy why I lift...because the muscle is just going to turn into fat anyway.
more than once I've heard this, " decline bench press is useless it only his the bottom portion of the chest" I personally love this position it takes the stress out of the shoulder and tendons, and since I've started pressing in this position the last couple of years I no longer have those shoulder aches and tendon pains that plagued me the first 4 years of training, and I get a better mind muscle connection. can really feel the pecs doing most all the work. and my entire chest is sore from top to bottom.
Guy said he didn't want to get big because" his frame didn't support it."???????
I take in about 200-220 grams of protein a day, guy with no gains said the other day I "Was taking too much protein" yea, thanks for the insight Arnold
"I don't want to get too big" said by the twink...
Yea ha ha I hate that excuse for not lifting real weight, like it's that easy or something!
"what you taking" that always cracks me up..
"Don't lift weights, that will make you look bulky" Gets me everytime lol
My ex recently told me I am too bulky.
When this dudes at my gym said, "let's put 20 more pounds I think I can do it" this 2 dudes that train @ same time i do say this all the time, even thought they help eachother lift the weight from rep one. What's the point of lifting weights if you can't lift the weight because is too heavy?
"Eating 6-8000 calories is no good for you"
Peer pressure to eat crap and saying "you only live once"
Hold on let me go get a set , ( you spent the last 20minutes running your mouth while im in the middle of sets , I finally go to say something by cutting him off and now he wants a set ) ok
Its not even a comment I know a bunch of contractors , that come in( im a contractor but fuck them) and they all hang out , and in a hour they all average a set or two , then shower
"I'm gonna start a new workout on Monday!"
StevebWhen fat people say they want to tone their muscles.
Anything fitness related that is said by a fat, lazy Fuck. Too much protein is bad for kidneys....too many vitamins are bad for you...etc.....and usually the people saying these things are fat and lazy , probably diabetic .
Dang DT you mad at someone, but you make a good point people at work make fun of the way I eat and say how bad all this chicken and steak and eggs and everything is for me while holding a big mac, but with a diet coke since they are so smart.
Or that one person that is like thats a lot of white rice, you should have at least gotten brown.. thats way to much!!!
Your like, but im the fit looking one.. (in your head you only say this.)
Haha, someone at work earlier told me I eat too many eggs and the protein is bad for my kidneys. I eat a few hard boiled eggs every morning. So I was still mad when I posted. I hope they aren't really diabetic.....but they are definitely fat Fucks.
NO I say that one out loud.
Meh, I don't say anything. I'm too busy chewing.
How much do you bench?
ironhustler84I usually say "depends how much your girl friend weighs"
This drives me nuts! Like why do they care??? And why does that number mean so much? LOL
AnonSome people think your max bench defines your strength. That's why its asked so much.
Can you give me a spot.
Why? Because absolutely every fucking time I get asked this, the person asking is Using weight they can't handle.
I fucking hate giving spots. You can always see the guy looking around, I try and not make eye contact.
You wouldn't have minded spotting the hot young lady that asked me to help her Wednesday morning with incline bench pressing.......
When my girlfriend stays home, I make sure to offer three hands of assistance each time this happens my brother.
Did she spend more time benching or touching up on you?
Someone asked me this the other day and was like:
"Cause I don't trust these cross-fitters." LOL
