My **CENSORED** order was declined online, can I still go and re-order in person?
Hello everyone, I'm a new member and first time poster. Ive read the rules and believe I am following them all but if not just let me know.
So here's my situation: I recently placed an order with a very highly rated source from eroids (not sure if I need/should name the exact source) and tried to complete the payment using CENSORED online. After i submitted the payment and logged in to check my status there was a message for me to contact customer service. I did this and was asked what was the receivers name and how I know this person. I replied with the answers I was instructed to give but was told that they were unable to complete the transaction and there was nothing further that could be done. I am in the US and the supplier is not which also might be part of the problem.
So now I still have an order pending with my supplier and need to find another way to make the payment besides online with CENSORED. I did some research and found that CENSORED is typically considered the best vendor but online orders are very often declined. Since I already indicated to the supplier that I was going to be using CENSORED and was given instructions based on this I was wondering if I should just go to a location in person and try again.
Is this totally fine or is this transaction already logged and flagged and potentially get me in trouble if I try to complete in person?
Also, since I now have an account with CENSORED is my account now flagged with them causing them to be more skeptical of all further transactions?
Has anyone been a similar situation? Thanks in advance.

First step would be contact the source via email and explain. That always comes before posting here.
I was always told never do it online always go in person.

There's no payment talk allowed in the open forums. You should handle this via PM, best to do it directly with your source.
Is there an appropriate place that I can ask this question? I read the general rules and didn't think this question violated anything. I don't want to give any specific personal info of any party involved, just a general question about what happens when an online order gets declined and what to do about it. The transaction never went through so I don't need a refund or anything. I just want to know if my CENSORED account is now flagged and I should be worried about any future transactions. Also I don't want to place an order with a supplier and not follow through.
If this question is in violation I will cease and delete it, my apologies. Thanks again
