So I guess I'll start supplementing Vitamin D3 and DHEA micro. I wish my darn SHBG would come down i don't understand why it's elevated, it has never come down since any PCT I have done after it's elevated from SERMS.
Anywho thoughts on bloods>?

DHEA can be suppressive and therefore counter-productive.
Hmm never hears of DHEA being suppressive. Is that because it can elevate estrogen .
my DHEA levels are low, so I should try to fix them naturally.
what do you suggest ? Give my body more time?

No. My SHBG is normally around 20, but SERMs tend to elevate it pretty aggressively for myself and it doesn't come down. Maybe I just need to be patient but it sucks, because other then shbg and free test everything else looks decent.
Normally proviron is very good at lowering shbg but I wouldn't recommend it off cycle
I was thinking of proviron and winstrol 4-6 week to knock down my SHBG, yes its suppressive but I'll come back quicker then my SHBG falling on its own right now.
Hmm, so should I give it another 2 months and see where I'm at. I've read serms almost always elevated SHBG, not usually to this degree, but it takes 2-4 months since last SERM dose.
Right. Everything else is looking good. I'd try stinging nettle extract to lower SHBG to increase free test.
Do you think my shbg will normalize in time now that the serms are out of my system.
It should. If it doesn't, I would get with a doc and get to the bottom of it as it could be an indicator of something else going on.
I'll give it more time. What dose should I run nettle root at alongside vitamin d3 and DHEA to lower my SHBG?
120 mg 3x daily.
Yup nettle root and avena sativa shud help
