Hi all,
Going to be taking my 1st steps into the world of Tren E. I'm looking at doing either;
14wks Test E @600mg
12wks Deca @ 400mg
10wks Tren E @200mg
or
14wks Test E @ 300mg
12wks Deca @ 200mg
10wks Tren E @ 200mg
Just wondered which 1 people thought would b best?

Just out of curiosity, do I need to get my BF done "professionally" i.e go to the Dr/Nurse or do you think a home device is sufficient?
Ideally get a good PT to do it with calipers.

Cycle history test & deca 1 month on 1 month off pretty much constant for 5 yrs between 18-23 yrs old (it was the early 90's & this was how we was advised 2 cycle at that time, lol) + I've done the same cycle on/off over the yrs when training on/off.
Been back training since last august/september after a 5yr break & have dropped 3st whist doing a couple of the old fav test/deca cycles.
I know I've got a long, long way to go body wise but I'm getting there & although I've done a lot of courses I've noticed things r done differently know, hence why I've joined eroids.
I had read about doing two 19nor but had seen some people saying they got on ok with it & coz I have the deca thought I'd add it in.
Think it's safe to say I'll stick with the tried & tested test & deca for a while longer.

Honestly mate I wouldn't be cycling anything at the moment. Your BF is too high and you've only been back in the gym 6 months. You should be focussed on getting your body primed for cycling at 15% ish, or less ideally, with solid nutrition and getting your training back to where it was.
I'll look at your diet in the diet clinic and see what we can do, but to be blunt I'm not investing time into a diet plan if you're just going to jump back on test / deca in your current condition.

I was just saying to goose that I like the psychological motivation the ASS give me & I need all the help I can get to lose these excess pounds, lol but out of respect for your time & knowledge I will keep off the ASS & work on getting my bf down b4 going back on them.

You'll get do much more out of it mate once you've trimmed up. You've been here before, you know you can do it, you've lost 3 stone! Just give yourself a kick up the backside and we're all here to pick you up on those days when it's a battle ok.

25% BF? Well I wouldn't advise taking AAS right now. From the way you talk it seems like you've been training for some time and should know already about proper diet and exercise routines to get yourself to mid teens bf man. At that point and only at that point should you start considering AAS. You already have the tools and knowlage use it until you get the BF back in mid teens bud. Just my .02

Yeah I'm gonna hold off on the 2 19nors, it was a small minority that was sayin they got on ok with it so best to stick with the majority me thinks.
Yeah I know I should probably w8 2 cycle but as sad as it sounds it gives me little extra to keep motivated to get rid of these extra pounds, lol & I suppose coz I got to a pretty good standard on AAS way back when I know it's needed to get there again so find it hard to train without them.

Running two 19s with a body in shit state at 25% is endocrine major shut down and prolactin suicide bro............... this plan needs a serious rethink, you are going to feel like hammered shit and will be suffering fkn horrendous bad sides within a few days of starting this!....... ludicrous plan bro, dont do this please.
Why is it that guys think this is a good idea? It's becoming more and more often you see the deca/tren combo being "proposed"... There's this great saying that's been around "just because you can, doesn't mean you should."

Correct bro........ why is beyond my reasoning, lack of research pops to mind.... it is possible the run and control duel 19s but it is Advanced and for guys with many tiers of experience and know their bodies like a swiss clock.
And if it goes wrong, it goes wrong BIG TIME.

The problem is it's very difficult to work what's causing what, so you're backed into a corner and have to bin the cycle if it goes wrong. Can be an ugly recovery too.
I can only imagine. And then you're still stuck with the long esters taking their sweet time leaving your system... Wouldn't wish that kind of anxiety on my worst enemies.

Chopper this is a bad cycle buddy. You will end up putting on a lot of water and probably some fat on a frame that needs more attention to diet than gear. What is your cycle history and what are your goals here?
Huh what your cycle history? Your profile says your 25 percent body fat?. Why would u think running two 19nor at once is a good idea? Your six foot and 230 pounds with 25 percent body fat. So lean body mass your like 170 pounds at six feet sounds like u need work on your diet
