Hi all

I control estrogen on cycle with 12.5 mg ED of aromasin. Using an AI on cycle to control estrogen seems like the smart thing to do and indeed I have very few problems even when running 1000+ mg of test per week.

24 years ago I had one option for controlling side effects from estrogen. Basically I took tamoxifen to prevent gyno. These days it seems like its use is pretty much limited to PCT and possibly as an emergency measure against gyno.

Has anyone used tamoxifen daily on cycle with an AI? Is there a benefit? I'm pretty sure that William Llewellyn's Anabolics has recommendations for tamoxifen to promote a leaner, drier look but I'm not sure if it's an estrogen antagonist in adipose tissue like it is in breast tissue.

I know that the Eroids dogma is pretty much AI on cycle and tamoxifen for PCT but I think this is worth a discussion. With the right dose of AI you still have some estrogen. Can tamoxifen manipulate the effect of what's left in a desirable way?

Edit: too few people get bloods done and of those who do, do you get your cholesterol checked? The one time I took tren my LDL went sky high and my HDL plummeted. I asked the pathologist in charge of clinical biochemistry where I got my test done about my result and she said she'd never seen a result that bad and concluded that the analyser must have malfunctioned... Yeah, tren WILL give you heart disease in the long term but all AAS affect cholesterol metabolism to a degree.

Tamoxifen is an estrogen agonist in the liver and may improve your cholesterol levels. Sure, I know you're not supposed to take it with 19-nors, but what about with other AAS?

Any other use for tamoxifen?
