So I'm trying to change my training routine....seems like when I do back its the day after shoulders so my rear delts being exhausted from the day before limits my back workout...any suggestions
My routine (if it helps) is Monday-shoulders
Tuesday-Biceps/Triceps, Wednesday-Quads and Hamstrings, Thursday off, Friday Back, Saturday chest, and Sunday off. That way for the most part the secondary muscle groups aren't getting over worked and hit too often

No problem. I just like that rest day between legs and back since squats obviously affect your lower back and you want to be your strongest on both body parts since they are for the most part heavy compound movements. I also keep biceps far away from back since biceps aid in rowing movements, and triceps away from chest since you don't want to be bench pressing with weakened or sore triceps.
Monday-chest ( traps)
Tuesday- back ( core)
Wednesday- legs ( give entire upper body a rest)
Thursday- shoulders ( traps)
Friday- bis/ tris ( core)

My front Delts were hella pumped today when I started hitting em after chest.....then I'm hit arms tomorow and back w rear delts the following day.
I like my way because it seems like I hit some body parts twice.
First two days are light work for the secondary muscles

Legs- rest
Last two days are heavy work
Shoulders
Arms- this way you get a couple days rest on arms so you can really smash them
Then you can always throw in another leg day sat if your feeling froggy
Or cardio and light legs

Fitnessjunky1987I do chest and shoulders the day before back so I don't have that problem I do full chest with front and med delts and when I do back I do rear delts and traps with it. I feel like I get way back rear delt work outs this way.

I got letro on hand for estro, just in case. I was thinking about tren at 100, but the sides really take a toll on me. I guess we'll see, but I hate having to feel shitty on cycle especially because of lost sleep.

Yea man I had a piece if glass in my hand that got a nasty infrction, and a couple weeks after that I sprained my shoulder, all of this at work. The money is good, but the toll this job takes can be brutal....my wife and I have been having talks for years about moving down south, I would love to but she has a HUGE family and isn't ready to leave just yet. It sucks but I gotta respect my woman, I'd pack up and leave tomorrow if I could!

noob941Oats, n beef, n eggs brother. I still on the chicken veggie gulash, goulache, hell ten pounds chicken sx pounds veggies chunked in a pot and boiled lol. I tried to do a 2500 calorie preplanned "cut" diet and after like a week i had no gas.So i went back to the tried n true 4500 calories a day, beef, chicken n veggies. My girl hates it cause i wont eat shit else. But i make up for it in bed
