+ 2 my full body/ cardio workout. This is intense
One day a week I do this full body exercise. It is a combination of one rep of many different exercises all rolled into one single motion. After doing the complete series as one rep I do that 10 times per set and try to get at least 5 sets of it in for that day. I do AT LEAST one cardio exercise everyday along with my weight training, but I do a full cardio one day a week and this is the beginning of my cardio routine. Reading it, it might sound easier than actually doing it. But once you do it you will change your tune. Trust me when I tell you this! This is the most excruciating full body and cardio workout I have personally endured...
Grab a barbell and throw on whichever weight suits you. I usually use no more than 135 pounds. Remember this is not a weight training exercise it is an endurance / cardio exercise. I began by grabbing the bar in a bent over row position. Do one bent over row. At the end of that Rep do a stiff legged dead lift, then your choice of a power clean with a push press or power clean with power jerk. I do the push press personally. At the top of the power clean with your choosing bring the bar behind your neck and into a good morning, then do a calf raise, then do a back squat push press and return to start position. That is one rep. Repeat....( without setting the bar on the ground in between reps)... row, stiff legged deadlift, pow. clean jerk/push press, good morning, calf raise, back squat push press, repeat x 10. That is one set. I promise you this is one of the best full body/cardio exercises if done properly. I would love to hear any feedback on somebody who has tried this technique after reading this. Seems like a lot of steps but it's really only a few steps into 1 long rotated Rep. Does anybody else have any similar exercises? I would love to hear about them. Im always looking to incorporate something new into my routines. Enjoy and I would love to hear some feedback!

Sounds brutal.
P2i2tIt is bro! But thats the idea ;-) i added 10 extra lbs today and did 10 sets before my usual cardio/ pyramids and I thought I was going to die! Lol but I absolutely LOVE that completely burnt out to the point of almost puking feeling. Gets me everytime!
I friggin love "complex" workouts. Ive done the Bear Complex many times for training, Give it a try.
The link below looks like a real treat also. I'll try them.
And Donnie Shankle(Oly lifter) has some good clean complexes online as well.
Thanks for bringing this out into the light on a bodybuilding forum, they usually shy away from this stuff. They are grueling once you find the right weight
Also try the Eagle...
Farmer Walks and Double Kettlebell Front Squats
****8 rounds without setting the weight down****
1 round = 8 front squats with two 45lb KB in front rack, lower the weights to your side and farmer walk with them for 30 meters
P2i2tThe Eagle sounds like it could be fun...gotta love complex leg exercises.those are the ones that usually make me feel sick when I am finished. In a good way! I'm going to check out some of Donnie Shankle's as well. haven't seen those yet.glad you enjoy these type of exercises as much as me. The benefits from these exercises are insane! I appreciate the feedback bro.
I have not tried this type of cardio yet but had bookmarked this page....

...for reference. It does look like you get a killer workout...thanks for reminding me about this. +1
P2i2tWow excellent read bro. Just bookmarked it myself. The "Cosgrovian complexes" sounds a lot like the one I wrote about here. Except the difference with those ones and the one I do is that they repeat each excercise 6 times within 1 sequence and then move on to the next one 6 times and then on to the next one 6 times etc.and when its finished that is their set. where mine is one rep per sequence of each exercise rotating throughout the sequence to make one complete rep. and repeating that sequence 10 times in order to make 1 set.but they are the same basic concepts here and I'm going to look further into some of these. Like I said I'm always looking for something new and different to incorporate in my routine. Great read bro. Thank you!
P2i2tJust finished with this exercise....all I can say is WOW!!!
