Figured it just be easier to post the diet i was given. trying to lose currently 252lbs 5'8" 27% was told as long as i lift 4 days a week no cardio this should be low enough. i did'nt spend a lot of time typing this some of it is different but not much.
All right this makes more sense now. There is a big difference in how you can go about things when you are 27%BF and trying to get down to the mid teens compared to going from 12%BF to 4%. At this stage of the game I would be more concerned about overall calorie intake and don't fret too much over what you eat as long as it is healthy. Post this diet plan up in Catalyst's forum and they should get you on the right track. And yes you do need to incorporate cardio.

Tink22White rice is great I can down great in it same with potatoes. Now bread I wouldn't do
Would help to have a little more info. What is your goal? Red/white potatoes, white rice and any type of bread are completely out my diet right now. Sweet potatoes and wild rice are better alternatives due to their lower glycemic index which won't mess up your insulin. Get rid of the artificial sweetner, who knows what that crap does to your body. Look into using Agave syrup as your sweeetner. All natural and low glycemic index.
