Can't get past small meals
ad
Maybe I'm choosing the wrong foods but I tried 3 eggs and 1/2 cup of oatmeal dry cooked with water and brown sugar for taste that's about 400 calories but I had to force that down does this seem appropriate? I'm about 250 around 20% fat it seems some cheat meals go down easy when other foods you gotta force then feel like shit hours later. I know I should be trying to cut but for now I'm just aiming for the protein

Drink your eggs instead of cooking them. It's not as filling that way. Mix a little oj with it if taste gets in the way. I eat 1 1/2 cups of dry oatmeal cook with rasins and about 4-5 whole eggs every morning. Your stomach will stretch with time.
Agreeing with rustyhooker mental block. Diet is all in your head. You are in control of what you put in your body. (Period)
Plan a cheat meal and look forward to it. I personally do a 24 hour carb up every 7 day. Wtf ever I want to eat, I use this as a tool to stay focused the other six days. Over time my cheat says get cleaner. Hope this help you get your mind right. Strenght brother.
No more cheat meal. Only proper diet 24.7
Drink more water. Drink two gallons split into ten serving a day. Do it now
RustyhookerSound like mental block. Sure the cheat meals go down easy super sized because they taste great. But the cost is taxing us. I'm not cut nor chilled but as I've gotten older cutting has gotten harder. Try to explore the small clean meals but add zing to it with spice, lemon etc. It does take some time but be creative. Stair machine at the gym is an evil piece but it will help drop fat quickly. I set mine at level 6 and build up from 10 minutes. Finish with brisk walk on treadmill. Keep your heart rate on treadmill in "fat burn" range.
