Man I can remember and several of you to can remember when this site had a lot less drama and we got down to business and had real discussions about nutrition and AAS cycles and training regimines and we had fun doing it.... as a group lets drop the conspiracy shit and the hate and lets get back to what this site was for EDUCATION and IDEA SHARING..... lets have fun and people learn how to use the search bar above for answers before posting then if you still cant find the answer you need post up that's why we are here. ive had my gut full of the I hate this mod or I hate this SRC SHIT .. enough is enough we are all grown ass people and should know how by now in life to conduct ourselves in a manner that is productive for the community. LEARN DISCUSS AND LETS HAVE FUN...............that's my thought and motto from this point forward with this site so if you come at me with negative shit I will cock smack you : )

Men i remember when uncle Viking threw that weight gainer shake post, that shit has helped me a lot to get the macros I need for the day. Everytime I posted something & he replied or comment on my post I felt special, no bullshit, it was kinda like if Jesus Christ himself was talking to me seriously!!!
that rather quick and simple bomb he dropped in my toolbox (with a little personal tweak) helped break me out of that 235lb off season barrier I was stuck in and put me in the 250's all while keeping the bf in check. Everything I did over a year to build muscle far as manipulating my nutrition left me watery, soft or just fat. quickly learned what I needed was a quick protein feed with clean carbs very early and few hrs after bed another 2500 calories and voila.
Yes! The shake is something I do every day. I scale it down when off cycle, but it has been a major help in getting good quality calories.

I know you took notes on everything he said and took it to heart. I did the same. We should go back into the old posts and threads and dig up as many of his post that we can. I can't believe he's gone Man. He would help me tweak my cylces and shit give me motivational speaches and pep talks. My progess will probably not be as good since he isn't around to help me.

Agree 100%, ive only been here a little over a year and it does have it's ups and downs and right now there is a lot of shit being slung around. Like when people post really personal problems (like gettin it on with 2 sisters) i know it was off topic but damn man did you have to post it? But this place still has the die hards who even with the bullshit try their best and i appreciate everyone here who does help. I was green as hell when i joined here but man am i glad i did

When theirs money to be made the sharks circle and that's when the drama comes in. Still this place is hands down the best AAS site out there, and most of us have respect for one another and the admins. The bad apples will always try to spoil the bunch we just have to keep weeding them out.
This must go straight over my head because my take from eroids is a tight community from which I have gain a wealth of knowledge from.
We all know who everybody is if you've been around 6 months+ and take this place seriously and we have our bros we regularly private message with. Like the great Vhman said "there are plenty of great people on this site"

I agree about focusing on learning/sharing/fun, etc., but I disagree that things are much worse than they were in the past. I think it goes in cycles, but there has always been times where things have been crazy and full of drama. I think Hollywood inspired the "I hate mods forums" and it seems like there used to be many more idiots trolling around than there are right now.
I'm just saying that none of this is new and that we've always been able to get back to what's important, because there are plenty of great people on this site.

do we need the mods ABSOLUTLEY but we don't need them to deal with the bullshit of stupid post and the crap that's been going on lately. they should be focused on SRC's and making sure everything is running smooth we can police ourselves..
Alright...I'll bite, I keep seeing these posts, and I have to ask WHO? Who are these mods? I'm here day in and day out right...I leave everyone alone who isn't breaking breaking rules...I try to promote you guys to do your thing...I personally think its a shame that the advanced lounges and such haven't taken off, I feel like all info should be shared just in the proper areas to keep stupidity from ensuing...but I do try to let the community self regulate and I work with them...heck an unnamed member on here the other day got rewarded for saving some of you guys a ton of potential money loss and problems...he saw a scam and the two of us worked for hrs shutting it down, now 3 websites are done on eroids and no one now should mistakenly order from them...
I'm not against what you're saying, I'm just tired of people blaming the wrong people...and I know for at least the last several days now the mods have been busy dealing with real issues and haven't been limiting any activity you're mentioning...am I wrong? Because if so I really do want to help so talk to me

I wish was here when that was going on. I missed out on all of vikes wisdom as I joined when he was tired of all this bs. It's truely a loss to the site if he doesn't come back.
I caught the end of his era ( well i hope its not the end i hope he comes back). The guy spits fucking gold man. He truly deserved every bit of that guru tag his knowledge and experience was unlike anyone ive ever seen before. Back before us there was more like him, well only one on his level but alot of really knowledgeable and experienced people. All gone now and its just us.....
