That's true but I have to YouTube the good shit clips or else I gotta watch 30mins of whistle blowing before I see any lol. Head injuries and brain trauma must be super high % after a career of being slammed in the dome like that.
There's a ton of ex players sueing the nfl right now for brain injuries. Few players have killed themselves due to the neurological disorders these repeated blows to the head have caused. It's rough.
I use to always crack jokes about (the rest of the world football) we call soccer, but after actually watching the world cup last year I am kind of a fan now. Them dudes are pretty fucking tough.
It's a culture thing when it comes down to it. What you grow up with, watch, play, support etc. I know we have an Amercian Football team here now even in the Highlands but my entire life I've never once seen kids or anyone breakout an Amercian football To play but wether it's a corner, street, park, school, garden, chances are you'll find someone kicking a ball (soccer) near by. Not so much nowadays as the Xbox generation marches on lol but when we were kids you could literally get 30 kids all on a tiny pitch playing football (soccer).

LOL, a bunch of us started playing after the gym in the evenings last summer. I am old and can't run much but I am a lot to get around in goal.
I'm convinced the helmets are the reason for the head injuries. If you take the helmets away, guys will quit using their heads like missiles.

Denver is a very good "regular season" team, but they can't win when it counts. They underachieve. Some would even say they choke.
