Feeling Sluggish

ad

Can anyone suggest supplements they take to help with concentration and energy? I feel like I have no energy through out the day.

You can mess your system up with clen. I would drop that asap.
I would also go to your doctor and get your thyroid levels tested. You're symptoms are similar to low thyroid.

Yeah I have heard of this issue with some people. They have trouble loosing weight typically and I do not as long as I keep my carb levels low. It is something I can definitely look into though. Ty Smile

That's a symptom of the disease, but not the actual problem. Hyper and hypothyroidism are imbalances in the production and regulation of naturally produced thyroid hormones. This can lead to difficulty losing weight, feeing tired consistently, being more prone to certain medical conditions. Etc. etc.

A good diet might not actually do anything for thyroidal patients, as you and another person can follow the exact same diet, and they will experience significantly worse results than you as their body simply does not balance their system correctly, affecting weight gain.

Look at it this way, you can supply all the right, efficient materials to deconstruct a building (lose weight) but what good is it if you have no workers, or not enough workers to utilize those tools?

Interesting! Good read. Ty Smile

Anytime. You ever hve any questions just shoot me a PM.

Now that you bring that to light... I'd second this. They could be low thyroid or they might not be, but it would be better to find out now and deal with it.

It's a simple blood test and it can't hurt to know. I had a blood test for a physical and they found out that I had "lower" thyroid levels. I'm a low dose of T4 and I feel fantastic. I just didn't realize that this was causing my symptoms. Never hurts to check.

sexymusclehottie's picture

Whats T4? Any info would be great and thank you for all the help with this issue

The Impastable's picture

T4 is thyroxine, a thyroid hormone. People with low T3/T4 levels are prescribed synthetic (or that of other mammals) thyroid hormones to bring their levels in line with that of what is considered a "normal" healthy range.

Thanks for the info Smile I will have to see about that blood test. I know iron levels are low too.

The Impastable's picture

True that. Better safe than sorry.

Green tea. Put about 8 tea bags in a gallon of water over night and drink it during the day. I try to drink a gallon of it a day if I can. Keeps you hydrated and gives me a constant supply of good energy without making me feel to "amped" up. It also helps with fat burning.

sexymusclehottie's picture

K....now I absolutely love love love green tea. I haven't been drinking very much if any lately since I bounce between coffee and tea and I am on a coffee kick right now but I will start doing this tomorrow morning. Ty Smile

Noted! Ty ;)

Water, food every 90 minutes.

sexymusclehottie's picture

Yeah do not have enough time in day but I bet food intake is my issue

The Impastable's picture

Keep snacks around if you can't find the time to fit full meals in. Almonds, yogurts, tuna, etc.

Also, how is your sleep pattern?

sexymusclehottie's picture

Well I am low on iron which doesn't help. Sleep pattern is everywhere

The Impastable's picture

Fix the sleep pattern. Can't have energy if you don't let your body recover now can you?

sexymusclehottie's picture

No you cannot. Working on that sleep issue now. Stress doesn't help. And life happens lol.

The Impastable's picture

I know, been there too. What time do you run your clen/ECA? It could be a contributing factor. And while stress does happen, we've all been there, you can't let that dictate your health.

sexymusclehottie's picture

I run clen for 15 days on , then switch to ECA for 15 days ...... Never staying on longer than 30 days ... .... Typically 30 mins prior to working out.

The Impastable's picture

I should've elaborated. What time of day to you dose your Clen/ECA?
