Telling your wife or girlfriend you cycle and use?

Do you share with your partner that you are using? me and my gf are ow in a 1 year committed relationship, she freaks when she hears I may get a puff off a fat J, so i cant imagine how she would feel about this on top of that I feel like shit sneaking around trying to pin on the can while I Have the tap running, I dont even know why I Have the water running but I do, now I am starting my cycle again and all this is coming to to my mind, any advice?

Of course. Honesty and trust is everything

Regarding girlfriends, you hve to be the judge of that. I think it takes some common sense to know if it is or if it isn't a good idea. Some girl you've been with for two weeks probably shouldn't be told you're using, because you don't know each other well enough to judge her character. If you've been together for quite some time, are serious about it, then I'd say give it a shot. She's going to find out eventually, especially if you're living together. You don't want to wait that long, because then she gets suspicious about what else you are hiding. Just be up front about it, and even if she doesn't react exactly how you'd hoped, give it time and she'll come around. There's plenty worse things out there couples go through, and somehow they manage just fine. Educate her, show her the positives, but also show her the negatives. In the end all she cares about is your health and your happiness, so she'll understand. It might take time, but she'll get there.

I just told her "listen woman, I'm the man of the house and I'll do whatever I want. Now get back in the kitchen and rustle me up some dinner".

Thankfully the bruising has mostly gone down now and I've established where I sit in the house hierarchy. Must dash as I've got to get her ironing done "or else":)

I hope you've gotten the dusting done too bro, you know women are sticklers for even a few specs of dust on the furniture. You don't want that beating again do ha?

I'm on it now ;)

Well when your wife is a RN and she does all your pinning for you when you need it, I would say its safe to say you can tell her and she is ok with it which is my situation.. LOL..

I won't be with anyone I have to keep secrets from. A girl I was recently dating called me out on use. I admitted it. So as she's sitting there smoking a joint ( I don't smoke), she tells me how bad it is and that she can't accept it. It didn't last much longer than that. I made my case and she had her feelings.
At the same time you do have to be really careful who you tell. Even in a year, you really don't fully know someone. You have no idea how they'll react when they're angry or if you decide to part ways.
If it's a relationship you can see yourself in forever, if you're making family plans and picture picket fences then say something. If you're not sure about those things, test the water first.

In fact, you can't do a cycle without telling her. My wife hates roids and she's not happy, when I'm on cycle. But i would never ever tell her lies about, because she would figure it out.

On top of all of that, wont you be a bit worried if she uses this against you if and when you break up with her, for any reason good or bad, women do not take break ups well really

tattoofreak's picture

If you are afraid she could use it against you, maybe she isn't the right one.....

wish i could find the post of the guy that was getting divorced and his wife told the courts he's on roids because she wants full custody of the kids. sure it's all sunshine and roses now but most relationships eventually come to an end and things like this are what you really have to think about.

I hope you guys don't mind me jumping in here but I love these kinds of forums...just to put a woman's spin on it a little.

Honesty is key especially if you guys are living together. If you hide it for much longer and she realizes that you have been hiding it she will only think it is that much worse because you felt the need to hide it. She's gonna think its horrible because of what the media says about and because she knows you hid it because she will think its bad.

For me it was easy. When tony said he wanted to do a cycle I was nervous about it for many obvious reasons. So what we did is we sat down and did some research together. Then he put me on here (seeing as how he knew I would eventually want to do a cycle one day) and pointed me in the right direction for research.

Sometimes women can be extremely emotional and a lot of her concern is going to come from what she has heard from the outside world such as health concerns and stupid shit like "roid rage"

Its best if you show her some studies and facts and explain it to her before she finds you with a needle sticking out of you and freaks out. for me it was easy bc tony and I started our steroid use together but not until after I had done some research and became pretty comfortable with it so I hope this helps.

cdyrdes's picture

Thats it exactly, alot of guys dont realize their woman is truly just concerned for your health ans well being. With that being said i took the same approach with my wife, laid out everything i wanted to do and sat down and talked about it. Sure she wasn't all in at 1st but eventually it worked out. Now she reads about it as much as i do. Nice post Mrs. T

MissTonyTulo's picture

thank you. I find this particular topic very close to me. tony and I started our steroid use together and its just one more thing that we do together and we research together. I would never have felt comfortable with him doing any of this if I found out he was hiding it and if I hadn't read up on it. now I do his injections for him and he does mine. nothing better than being able to share everything this way if anything goes wrong I can tell him and he can actually help me fix the problem.

cdyrdes's picture

Think of it like this. Lets say you and ole girl decided to stay together forever, get married and whole 9 yards (how romantic!) How long you think you can keep it a secret before she finds out and trust eventually she will. Come out with it now man and save the headache

dudebro's picture

1 year is nothing and if she freaks over a little weed then i wouldn't tell her. im sure she has plenty of secrets of her own.

t-bol's picture

I am abit worried about askin her to pin me! specially since pinning is otherwise associted with heroine addicts and AIDs!

Dr.Kivorkean's picture

Honesty is the key, and education. She has to realize that "responsible" steroid use is not as bad as the media portrays it. Many if not all of the prescription / OTC drugs will mess your liver and kidneys up a lot more along with causing a host of other issues. That being said if you are going to use aas for a period of time you need to try your best to drop all the other drugs from your life (alcohol, otc pills etc). Pick your drug of choice and use it responsibly. Everything in life has its risks/rewards, do what you do because you are passionate about it

t-bol's picture

That is very true!! Having said that, even abuse of steroids has next no effect on the society or even intimidate family, who am I damaging by shuting down my HPTA or having bitch tits, where as Narcotics, Alcohl etc, well we all know where those lead to

t-bol's picture

Issue is the stigma of it is a bit hard to understand for me so not sure how to address it, in a conversation with hwr on the subject she expressed concern that it is cheating then compared it to herion use and then the shrinkage of balls, so the stigma is all over the place and none consistent

TrenjaminFranklin's picture

I think honesty is the best policy. Although I wouldn't just shotgun her with the information. Talk about the subject and perhaps broaden her perspective first.

Good luck bro!

Personaly one day I was in the bathroom , I called my wife in , and said I need you to pin this for me . Her eyes got wide and a little shocked , and I replied its my test , you going to help me or what .. ever since then its been heaven , if you cut her In on the deal , you may stand a chance if not and she finds out , she is going to look at you as a sneak and what else are you hiding .. and ×2 what rob said bigger stronger faster , she may even ask you during movie you ever try that , reply all the time , nust some suggestions

ash48's picture

Lol. I considered this many times. But my Mrs would go crazy... to the point I prefer keeping it a secret. ;-)

Just tell her, if she ain't down with it go back to being pinning on the sly.

I've heard of some people getting their partners to watch bigger, stronger faster to get a realistic view of gear user.
