+ 2 Be gentle, Getting back in groove since ACL tear
This is from my trip to Hawaii a week or so ago. I have been running the following:
Test Cyp: 400mg
Bold Cyp: 600mg
Balkan Test Prop: 100mgEOD kickstart
SP Oral Tren: 250mcg PWO first 3 weeks
This is my first cycle back after my ACL surgery. My apologies for the puffy looking arms, I got my diet in check after being a fat ass since my surgery but I have been slipping the past couple weeks as I am wedding planning, coaching basketball, working full time and hitting the gym. No excuse but I am back in a zone. This cycle was all about getting my base muscle back. As soon as I could lift, I was back in the gym and once I dropped some bf I jumped back on cycle. I am currently in between last pin and pct... I am running a pep cycle for the next 12 weeks... you can follow along here:

Thanks JC, its depressing to look back at what I had been before the knee but when I start feeling sad for myself, I look in the mirror say shut the fuck up and lift lol. Its motiviating in the end.

thanks dood, cant squat yet but leg machines are back in and cardio is getting back to half-to-3 quarter speed so i wanna cut hard right now and get ready for my wedding cycle next summer!
Awesome on the wedding! Congratulations!! And take yur time with the legs-would suck to re injur it-hard to go light when on rap?? Gear lol-ya know?

Thanks man. Yea this is my 2nd ACL tear in this knee and 4th overall surgery in this knee. I fucked it up in HS football. Cleat stuck in ground, defender pulled me sideways so my knee snapped sideways. Tore the ACL,MCL, PCL and miniscus in one shot. Battled through for 2 years into college ball but too much swelling. I would practice one day sit for 2 to heal. Sucks because I peak at like 225 squat and cant get much heavier or my knee shakes and gives out. Right now I am just struggling to get the cardio in... running too long or elipticals hurt a bit.
