1st cycle, still need AI? & PCT help please!

Hello, I am on my first cycle, 375 2x a week of test E. I am currently on week 8 of 12. I tried my best to do as much research as possible before I started, but am just now hearing of guys on AIs while coming off. I have not had huge gains but making good progress and no distinct side effects as gyno or acne, but my nuts have shrunk a great deal. My source is getting me Nolva for pct but I have concerns he can't answer, 1 being the bad shrinkage and 2 I'm not sure exactly I should be on to assist me at this point in my cycle if not showing sides and third is the combination exactly I need for pct (nolva & hcg). I read to start the nolva about 2 weeks after? Thanks very much.

Hey man, I posted this forum a while back and I continuously go back to it when I need to freshen up or if someone has some questsions about a PCT or AI I haven't taken.

If the link doesn't work just go to my page and click on the forum tab and it'll come up. Only other advice I'd throw out there for you is always have your AI and PCT before you start your cycle. Always better to have and not need then need and can't find.
Browse the beginner cycle group bro. There's some stickies there that will help. Nolva/hcg for pct should not be used. Your pct should look like this:
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Need an AI ASAP.
