Since the new studies of aromasins half life being about 9hrs, do more of you now split the dose up am/pm? Just curious on how every one doses their aromasin now days. Aromasin users stand up.

when taking 25mg I split it 12.5/12.5 but when I was taking 12.5 only once a day.
When I was using aromasin I would take it befor bed. Thing with aromasin is it permenantly deactivates the aromatase enzyme. So the half life might only been 9 hours but it's not after 9 hours you're gonna gonna have a estrogen rebound. It takes the body some time to produce more aromatase and by the time that might be happening again your taking your next dose.
Good philosophy
I just take it in the mornings or before bed when I work into the wee hours. I don't split my dose.
