Here is what my back progress is looking like. I was a little shocked when my husband took the pic of what it looks like. All I can share for now but the EBC competition is motivating to work hard and not disappoint anyone. I know all members are excited to see everyone's results.

You are obviously putting in a lot of work and effort into making progress and it really shows. It sure helps to have pics so you can actually see it yourself. I have found that doing that keeps me motivated at times when I don't feel like I m making much progress.
