+ 6 Glutes/Full body progress

Into my 7th week cycle. I don't post glutes pics cause they are my worst assets but I been working hard to build em. Still long work ahead but i have came far from where I was. I definitely need my glutes more lifted and fuller on the sides. Any eroids ladies know how to target the side of glutes only?

RustyhookerSquats will hit glutes. Straight leg kickbacks with ankles strapped to lower pulleys. Ladys at my gym are doing it with the laying down leg curl machine. Pad on floor. Hands n knees. One leg at time pushing machine arm up and back.

Thank you. I do lots of squats. Thanks for the other advice. I do the kick backs here n there. Its so hard to add all of it in. I always got to toss things up. Like oh hey I haven't worked on that machine for awhile or done that for awhile. Better add rhat in today too. lol

AnonNice! Have the wife on now for first time @ 5mgs a day.
She can go up more when ready. I do 10mg split 2xs day 1st n last week. All other weeks I take 10mg 2xs a day morning n night. No bad side effects. All bodies are different but this is how I have done it for both cycles but this time I'm running for 12 weeks.

Nope just lady var. Last cycle I ran for 8 weeks then waited 8 weeks before went on cycle again. This cycle 12 weeks. Thank you for the compliment. I workout 4-5xs a day if possible with some added 20 min cardio
AnonYeah she's never done anything in her life so it was tough to get her to run var. She's two weeks in a dropped 4lbs so nows she's liking it. Thanks for the info. +1

Thank you. Loving these new ideas. I never use smith machine. I have seen one that I want 2 start trying where u get down on all fours facing away from it and u use one leg n lift the bar up then switch legs
Yep, I do that one too. I basically only train legs/butt everything else gets worked just moving plates around lol
I work on glutes n leg 2xs a week. I hit about everywhere throughout the week.
Use the adductor machine, lie on your side and put an ankle weight and lift the leg up. Get a Therea Band and tie it together put it around both your ankles, go into about 45 degree squat position and walk side to side with the band on your ankles. Should be feeling all these in your glute medius
