Aromosin After PCT

ad

So at 39 I did my first cycle. It was a mixed esther test. I ran it at 600mg for 12 weeks. On cycle estro control was Aromosin 6.25 mg EOD. I did not have any estro sides while on cycle. About 16 days after last injection I ran Clomid -Novla-Aromosin at 100-40-12.5 for 2 weeks and then at 50 -20-6.5 for 2 more.
It was a week after my PCT that I seemed to have some estro like sides start to take effect. Big Decrease in libido and a little H20 retention. I have a DR appt next week and plan on having bloods done.

I have started to take aromosin now on its own to reduce these sides. I took 12.5 mg EOD for a couple days and dialed it back to 6.25 today. This seems to be helping. My questions are is there anything wrong with Aromosin on its own after PCT??? And I am looking for opinions as to how long to run the Aromosin for?? I am assuming people will tell me the answer is in the blood work but I was just wondering if there was any common time table range for estro to clear after a proper PCT?? Thanks in advance for any input!!!

Nothing wrong with running Aromasin through pct and after. I run it from day 1 all the way through last day of pct. It has androgenic properties and has shown to increase free test by 60%. That's probably why you feel better. It's not from killing high E2 because you have no rebound if you run Aromasin on cycle. It will hinder clomid in pct. If you run Aromasin in pct, do not use Clomid. Just use Nolva.

Please explain why you feel aromasin will hinder clomid in pct. I've never heard that before and I'm curious as to your thoughts on this.

Clomiphene is a mixed agonist/antagonist. It is composed of two isomers: enclomiphene (trans-clomiphene) and zuclomiphene (cis-clomiphene). Enclomiphene is an estradiol receptor antagonist. Zuclomiphene is an estradiol receptor agonist. Aromasin permanently deactivates the estradiol enzyme making Clomid less effective by up to 60%. You could still use it. But do to the harshness of Clomid, it would be best avoided. Especially if it's less effective. Nolva has a great working harmony with Aromasin.

This is the first I've heard of this. Do you have any links to studies?

Getting your bloods done is the right thing to do and you really will have to just wait and see what those say. I don't think that continuing a low dose like that is going to make a big deal but I'd personally rather get my bloods done when I'm off everything to see what they are.

Aromasin should be dosed ED, not EOD.
