+ 1 XRoids Cycle Week 6

Well it happened ;-( Deadlifts last night with 405lbs and I tweaked the left arm tendons. I shouldn't have taken it down from the supports with that much weight! Hopefully its just a tweak and won't get worse.
It was pretty good tonight on Chest, Tris and Delts. Just a lil discomfort.
Back up to 251 lbs, but seeing abs better and vascularity is coming back up!

yeah, its tough staying heavy and healthy, but I love the weight!

shoot some peptides in there for extra healing! Good luck with it. Pulled my hammy during sprints the other day, right before leg day too

I tried TB500 a couple years ago when it was real bad without much success, but was still pushing the whole time. Tendons seem to require rest to heal. How's the hamstring doing now?
