Right now my diet consists of lean turkey meat, beef, chicken and fish egg whites oats brown rice and vegetables. To help with leaning up before I start precontest in December . sometimes I'll drink a Gatorade post workout and I'm also doing a whey shake, almonds and blueberries to help with cutting because of my schedule. Are there any other foods out there that I can add to give me a wider range in my diet that I won't have to worry about? And my other questions is what foods are good for night time fat burning? I will do egg whites and vegetables sometimes or a shake. I've also read that milk can help too? Thanks guys

Getbigordietrying304Try some carbo gain with Gatorade Intra workout for some extra carbs.. You'll stay fuller and have more energy the whole workout. Helped me bulk up a little more imo. Slam a shake right after the workout then have a meal in a hour. And for extra foods try lean ground turkey burgers, some pb, steak, almonds,mac nut oil,white potato,sweet potato... Otherwise you got the basics down food wise! Gotta remember those fats to bro! And stick to casein protein before bed if your trying to put size on and cardio everyday 20-30 minutes low - moderate intensity and will help with nutrient absorption and keep your metabolism up so you'll be more hungry and eat more food which means more growth. RustyhookerLook into quinoa . It's expensive but great nutrients. Flavors meals sorta like belpepper does.
