+ 1 Appetite help

Anyone have suggestions on something I can take to increase my appetite? Don't suggest weed. I'm NOT hungry, at all. I've been trying to force feed but it just leads to gagging and throwing up. I've been hitting a couple shakes a day but it's not the same. I'm shrinking and it's not just in my head- my bf has dropped too. :(

Eat smaller more frequent meals, stay away from foods with strong odors because they can actually turn you away from food and even make you nauseous. Cinnamon can naturally stimulate your appetite so you can sprinkle some on your food. If you do not necessarily like cinnamon this option will not work for you. I used to have an appetite issue when I was younger. I no longer have that issue now that I am older. Good luck no fun in shrinking if you are trying to bulk or even just to maintain mass

I have been doing fasted cardio 2x a week with or without weights. I have a shake for dinner the night before and i am soo hungry when I get done. I have a big batch of oatmeal and fruit to eat after, but usually Im starved all day. Maybe try that.

I have to do what Iron does.. otherwise .. my entire diet turns into a complete disaster.. I ll switch to shakes from the vitamix where i can blend in my food groups with the protein and call it a meal.. when it is really bad it will take me hours to finish eating anything .. kind of reminds me of when I was a kid and wouldn't eat and had to sit at the table for hours.. if all else fails I grab up a donut .... calories is calories and we don't want to shrink .. ;-(

How many calories is your diet? I know this feel and it sucks. When I'm bulking sometimes ill have a reverse cheat day when ill eat like a normal person. Sometimes even a few days, its not gonna hurt in the long run. My appetite sucks sometimes so I have to do this.

Have sex
Eat more natural PB
Go to a buffet like Old country or Home town buffet, brazilian bbq
Digestive enzymes
Increase your zinc levels
lime juice
b12
reduce stress
walk by a bakery lol

This one is hard. I am only hungry for my first meal of the day. After that, I just eat on schedule because I'm full all day. I've had no appetite this weekend either, which had me bummed for a while today. I'm making sure that at breakfast, I'm taking in at least 1500 cal. and 80g of protein. Most or all of this comes in a super dense shake. This allows me to not worry so much about the rest of the day. I try to get another of these shakes around supper. That's 3000 cal. and 160g of protein. If I can't get the rest of my macros in between those 2 shakes, I'm not trying hard enough.

I see a lot of guys talking about eating sweet potatoes and 10oz chicken breasts every 2 hours. Unfortunately, I don't have a personal chef, or the time to prepare 50 meals a week, or the money to afford it anyway. I live in the real world, so shakes, and tuna, and protein bars, and pancakes, and burgers, and scrambled egg sandwiches are my reality when I bulk.

My advice would be if your having trouble getting the calories you need then you need to eat dirty food....something you enjoy a lot....muscle building is fought on the calorie battlefield so to speak lol....of course it depends on your genetics and what your body does with what we call dirty foods....I am not saying be a pig I am saying maybe try 70% clean 30% dirty....one snickers bar is like 600 caloriesL....It is what it is, when you start losing size whether male or female you NEED to get the calories in no matter what hungry or not....Ice cream if need be,,,, as long as proteins and cals are hit

Try eating simple carbs fast acting spikes blood sugar causing you to feel hungry

Lol no.. Just try eating some simple carbs that might help that's what I do when I'm bulking it alows me to eat more just try it.. White bread or bread and jelly

The dose your prob on will not increase your apitite.. Just try and eat calorie dense food .. Get the most bang for your buck..

As stupid as this may sound....try working out harder. Increase the weights and do more sets. I always had a hard time having an appetite but once I stopped goofing off in the gym and actually hitting the weights like they owed me money my appetite has increased so bad that i am always hungry now.

ghrp6 gives people hunger pains/ increases apetite. I personally only feel it in a small way, but some reviews ive read have people saying they must raid the fridge to cure their hunger.

The appetite stimulation doesn't last all day though.
