Proper etiquette for handling issue with a source

ad

I have seen a lot of people tainting sources reputations with issues they are having by going right to the review page and posting a "hate review" sometimes because they didn't receive their package in one week or one day or.... you get my point. Or bombing the source with emails about when are you sending it.. where's my tracking.. etc. For those of us that have been around for a while... well, most of us understand how the whole thing works when ordering and understand we are not ordering creatine from a supplement company. For those of you who don't understand I'm going to break this down the best I can for proper etiquette when dealing with an issue with a source.
1) Do not expect an immediate response to a pm or email. give them at least 5 days to respond to you before bombing them with hate mail. You are not the only person ordering and dealing with them so please be patient.

2)Do not pm them about every little issue or unnecessary question. When you send them a message they want to respond to all messages because that's how professionalism is done and when you pm them every day about where is my pack.. how much longer.. when is so and so going to be back in stock.. etc..etc. It slows their entire process down and therefore by you asking so many times where is your package... it ultimately slows down the whole process of you receiving your package so it ends up hurting you in the end. The more time they are spending answering emails.. the less time they have in being productive getting packs out.

3) Before writing a bad review please try to handle your issue with the source first like a professional. Talk to them with respect and you will more than likely receive respect back and get a way better chance of your issue being resolved positively. The results of you writing a premature bad review because you never got your product and then all of the sudden there's your package and you have to go back to correct your review not only can hurt the sources reputation but makes you look bad as well.

4) Do not pm sources asking for free gear or demanding your money back because of whatever reason. Let them know the issue and come to terms of agreement on how the issue will be resolved professionally.

5) NEVER agree to writing a good review or offer to write a good review for exchange of free gear. You will find yourself banned in a heart beat.

6) And finally if the you cannot come to an agreement with the source and you feel you have been unjust and or ripped off then write your review about it in complete detail of how you handled the issue and what steps you took as well as what attempts where made by the source to handle your issue. Write the review and chalk it up as a loss. Like I said before you aren't ordering creatine from a supplement company and shit happens when you are ordering something of this nature.

Now i'm sure there are more things I didn't think of and I am inviting other veteran members and mods to chime in as well as I would love to see some of the sources input on here. If you are wondering why I care about this issue so much and I'm not even a source it's simple.. I want my gear as fast and as safely as possible and I want good sources to remain on top and bad ones to get eliminated. I don't want to see a good source go down because of issues not being dealt with properly. I found eroids a few years ago and have been here the whole time. The information we have at our fingertips on this site is extremely valuable to me and many others as well as maintaining good sources and keeping them around for all of us. Thank you for your time people. I just had to get this crap off my chest.

I thought the best way is to argue, send multiple messages, write a bad review cause ur pack didn't show up from across the ocean in 5 days...and act like a little fckn kid? But no we never see that kind of behavior on this site, what u talkin bout Willis? Lol.. good read bro, sick of seeing grown ass men cry and act like a pre pubescent teen.
