Current came up with this kind of exercise patterns and tried several times in gym.. gave me good pump but i think too demanding on muscles. what is your take on it guys. did somebody try it. is it working for anyone.

I would recommend that go with professional instructors. It is been my experierience that we have had better results following the advice of people that get paid for a living as against amateurs or wannabes.

What is it exactly?
getbig2014Its traning the specific muscle with very light weight for 100 reps. forexample today i trained arms so tomorrow i will do this workout with very light weight for 100 reps. Forexample:
Monday: i trained arms
Tuesday: i trained Delts and at the end of my workout just before 5 to 10 mins i will do arm feeder workout and it will look like this:
One arm tricep extension: 5 kg dumbells 100 reps without any rest
Dumbell bicep curls: 5 kg dumbells 100 reps
dumbell skull crushers: 4 kg 100 reps
Concentraion curls: 4 or 5 kg with 100 reps
i mostly do feeder workout for arms to give them pump. but it can be over stress on muscles so i do it once a week for arms and once a week for delts or lats or chest. i came across this on youtube from Rich piana videos
