So I havta take this for the next week anyone have any experience with it? Side effects or anything I seen it said its possible to cause muscle weakness my worst side effect possibility lol

Prednisone is hard on the system. Not really nothing to worry about for such a short duration of time. I have been on 35mg a day for 6 years. Yes let the fat roll in stay so eating clean on the drug is great. Also yes the muscle eating effect and muscle weakness is also a concern for a long time user not so much in your case. So I would say no worries for you.
It is an extremely mild corticosteroid. Most of the packs are 4 mg tabs. You take 6 in day 1 and decrease by 1 over the 6 days so the max your taking is 24mg on day 1. This will barely cause any side effects and should not conflict with most medications including AAS. As with all corticosteroids the common side effects would be temporary increase in blood pressure, possible elevated blood sugar, possible anxiety, etc.. However with a a Medrol dose pack you are likely to experience any of this.

I use it 3 or 4 times a year for tendonitis and back inflammation. To me, the benefits far outweigh any temporary side effects (which are very temporary, and not very noticeable in my case)

ArmedIt can increase cortisol, appetite, and water retention. My doc said it's not hard on the liver like regular prednisone.

I took it a while back and didn't like it much. Had some muscle weakness and coordination issues a few times on it. It works but the sides were not fun.

I didn't notice the sides until I was trying to do athletic things. I took it a few years later and my sides weren't as bad. Maybe I was just used to it or was more aware of what to expect. Good luck
How much methylprednisone do u have to take?
Like 6 tabs first day then goes dowm each day
