yesterday we started thinking about possibly bringing in another MOD or 2 for training, we had a guy in mind but after talking to him yesterday and today it aint gonna work. So we would like to find out who is interested in trying to be a MOD. We haven't made the decision to definitely bring anyone in. We are just kicking the tires in the event that we need to consider adding a member or two as the site is growing and membership/activity is up. no, there is a trainee mod forum and a mod forum. the trainee mod forum is just covering the basics, very little inside info, very little stress or decision making. basically a glorified member trying out for the position with a mod tag. We see how they follow direction, handle stress, get a long with others, enforce rules, deal with their friends. things of that nature.
Awe I gotcha. Well u guys will bring in quality people can't wait to see the new mods in training. Is there goin to be a shocker no one say coming? Imo it's a small list but maybe u gentleman have really looked into a bunch of members

yeah generally an expert tag. your roll here, just like everybody else, is a member. A trainee MOD is not a MOD, nothing bad about it, just means you tried out and for what ever reasons didnt make it to MOD. There will likely be a couple more that dont make it to MOD from this bunch too.
