Hope everyone is doing well, happy, and life is treating them well.

Just dropping by to say I am usually on PM and like it here the more I stick around. I have been in this game 15 years but did a lot more research than actual cycles. I have some health issues so been out of the gym for 3 years and it is killing me. I need a surgery and I am just waiting to have it done and hopefully I won't live in pain anymore once the cut me open and trim my discs and take off any bone spurs.
