+ 3 Gymjunkies guide for muscle growth when you hit a platue

ad

Ok Boys and Girls, I am sure we have all experienced this at some point in our life we train eat big and we platue off.. this method has worked for me when I get in a funk and its a sure fire method to break through my walls, I just wanted to share in case it may help somebody.

Chest routine.

bench press 5 sets x 25 reps super light weight

incline press 5 sets x4-5 reps super heavy weight

decline press 5 sets x25 reps super light weight

dumbel fly 5 sets x10 reps moderate weight

cabel fly's 5 sets x25 reps light wight

after this work out it honestly feels you have been hit by a mack truck, I will do this for 4 weeks then resume my normal workout routine and I have busted through. this can be applied to all workouts to bust through you wall as long as your eating and sleeping enough. hope it helps at least one person

It's all about getting creative in the gym, every now and then apply the shocking principle, need to make sure your body doesn't know what's coming next

my change is something simple since chest is so difficult for me to do post pec tear. i recently started hitting cable flys before press and holy shit i get sore.

i may have to give this a try...especially since i can only do light weight on flat and heavy on incline, that term being used loosely cause im nowhere near where i could be if my muscle was stable lol

been a little over a year since surgery...dont think i ever will recover. its all about adapting at this point and finding workouts like this that im able to complete without damaging the scar tissue. this will truly help me so i dont have the same routine constantly!
