+ 5 Acne home treatment and prevention
Acne is not something people talk about often so I have started this topic. If im repeting something I apologize. Ok, so I want to start off by saying that im not a doctor nor am I giving medical advice but simply information that has helped me in the past that I would like to share with everyone. I will breifely explain my case and then the treatment. I have been on TRT for several years and I have cycled testosterone and masteron in high and low doses for some time. During the time of higher doses of test e I would get the common sides associated with testosterone use oily skin and acne being the common symptoms. The acne would form on my face in sporatic breakouts and on my chest. Also, I would get small tiny bumps on my shoulders and lower back. I would control my estrogen through the use of armidex and masteron and that would take care of most of the major breakouts however the red dots would flair up 24 to 48 hrs after injection and I would get some acne. Due to this I have tried the following method in dealing with this and I have not had any breakouts if I stuck to the regime. For the face and chest it is important to wash three times a day with an antibacterial soap, no need to buy anything fancy, and also the key to this is also using a loofah at night and in the morning to remove oil and dead cells. Also, if you cant wash your face if you are at work use face whipes which you could get at any supermarket. When I use the loofah and remove the dead skin cells from my face I do not get acne at all. Some of you will think this is girly but I dont care it works. Ask your girl to buy you a loofah if you feel uncomfortable getting one. Now for the tiny dots on your back and lower back. I treat this just like a heat rash. After you take a shower with antibacterial soap apply hydrocortisone 1% to the area, just use a dime sized amount. You can buy it over the counter at any supermarket. Yes, hydrocortisone has worked for this and any unusual blemishes you might get from testosterone use. With the combonation of antibacterial soap, loofah use and hydrocortisone I have managed to keep my skin clear for years. You need to do this every day during high dose cycles and when on TRT or cruise doses you can go every other day. Control your estrogen get bloodwork and follow the above regime and you can have clear skin without the use of prescription drugs. Just as a note, the following will not work for cystic acne or chronic breakouts, in thoes cases always follow the direction of your physician. If any of you have anything to add please do so and I hope this information helps.
