I'm going to be starting a bulk in beginning/middle of August and running 12 weeks- may shift to 16 depending on how im feeling. As of now I'm trying to manage the estrogen rebound/post cycle and show depression/bloating and everything else coming out of contest prep.
I've been kicking around some ideas for the cycle with grrrllll and this is what I'm looking at-
Weeks 1-12: 20mg test prop every 3rd day
Weeks 4-12: 25mg NPP every 3rd day
These are beginning doses and will be increased depending on sides/results.
Aromasin for bloating as needed.
I will be attempting a 40/40/20 diet, protein to carbs to fats, eating at a surplus to build.
Any suggestions, comments, etc are welcomed!

AnonAll is going well... Ill be holding off on Npp. I can always run it another time & came to realize its unnecessary at this point. I'm at 30mg EOD of test and feeling great.

AnonThanks Aces =) Strength is up. I'm shoulder pressing 130 for reps on the plate loaded hammer strength, which was my big number for the week. I'm absolutely looking thicker and fuller, especially in my upper body (could be all in my head lol) My delts are looking more capped, even with weight gain. I started cycle at 155 and have no idea where I'm sitting now, but I'm pretty fluffy. I've been bloating , especially in my hands and feet, it can get uncomfortable. Taking aromasin, trying to kill water and have added a diuretic when it got pretty bad. No acne, no new hair growth. Voice is a bit raspier (Some days I completely embrace it, others I hate it.) About npp, in short, this is my first time running test. I don't need a second compound- I can run test solely for a few cycles before deciding to stack it with anything else. I want to watch my sides and minimize as much as possible. More isnt better. I want to do the most possible with the least amount possible while still being effective. I need to focus on the fundamentals and allow the compounds to compliment what's already in place.

looks good .. I d do some carb cycling to help keep some unwanted fat off during bulking .. seems to be the only thing that works for me on a bulker. I ve liked it so much and it seems to work so much better/quicker with less mental anguish (I am a crabby ass bitch when I plain old restrict carbs) for those around me .. it isn't anything scientific mind you its just what I have found works for me

AnonYes. I need to stay mindful of the Amount of fat I put on, cause its just going to be that much harder to diet it all off. Ill be throwing in a little steady state cardio a few times a week also.
Contemplating adding var to the mix too. Yay/nay?
