+ 2 listening to the advice

ad

I came into this forum a few months ago thinking I knew enough to start a cycle. With that being said I was dead wrong. I didn't listen to what I was told in here and jacked my cycle to hell. What i want to say to any new people wanting to start aas. RESEARCH. Everything you need to know it's in here. Don't be lazy and start asking questions that can easily be found in these topics. These guys know their stuff. Trial and error on their part can save you a lot of trouble. I wish I had listened to what I was told. I lost every bit of muscle I gained because I got arrogant about what I thought I knew. Hopefully if your new and reading this you'll do your research. At least six months or more of research alone. Train natty for at least a year. Start with one compound only. Test only at that. Use an AI for gyno. And pct is a must. And you should have all your things in order before starting a cycle. That means your pct first, then get your AI, then your test. Once all are in hand, and your research is solid then and only then do you start cycling. If you get your test and start pinning before you get the rest you've already lost. Anything could happen and if you don't have things on hand to deal with situations you'll be screwed. Don't be an arrogant twit that thinks because you read a couple threads your ready to start. Take it from me it'll back fire. Hopefully any new people seeing this you'll take this advice. I know from experience it will save you a ton of headaches. Good luck and happy researching.

I remember when I first learned how to drive a car - stinking complicated - now unfortunately I drive on auto-pilot like most people on the road - your hands and feet just move without even having to think.

Steroid use is the same. We do everything we can to make a first cycle not only safe but easy to do. Sometimes it almost feels like new users are desperately trying to make it complicated. +2

For sure. That was me. I made it more complicated then it had to be. Lol

Absolutely. I've learned more since I started listening. Still have a long way to go though. Thx
