250mg divided by 5 days = 50mg per day
50mg per day times 7 days = 350mg per week
(250/5) x 7 = 350
or as gearhead suggested (7/5) x 250 = 350
200mg divided by 5 days = 40mg per day
40mg per day times 7 days = 280mg per week
(200/5) x 7 = 280
or as gearhead suggested (7/5) x 200 = 280

Stats, priors, and current cycle first. Depending on what you're on you may be pinning wrong.
