Letro or Adex for fat and water loss

ad

I just wanted to ask because I feel like there are better smarter options out there.

My gf is training for her first figure competion, she has not taken any sort of aas, peptide, clen, nothing previously.

She's holding more fat and water in her legs and it's put her off schedule for the show as far as weekly progress.

Her coach just suggested her to either use letro or a-dex to combat that fat/water because he says her estrogen is too high(how he can claim that 100% without bloodwork pissed me off)

I just wanted to get some feedback about healthy women and letro or Adex use. Or if it's just retarded and she should try something such as clen as a first level fat fighter?

Thank you

Thank you all!! I want her to stay clean, until she's ready for the next level... That's where I personally stand... And there is nothing physically wrong with her to require bloodwork.
So there's no point If she's not planning on getting on anything. So I don't need to push bloodwork unless it's necessary.

AI's are not gonna do shit for fat loss. And he cannot know her hormone levels without bloodwork. Bottom line

WHY DONT YOU HAVE YOUR GIRLFRIEND GO GET BLOODWORK?That way you can see whats going on with her and rule some things out.

Man Letro is pretty harsh bro, unless a doctor told you Letro MUST be used on a female, then go ahead. That shit is a last resource for extreme gyno or Estrogen sides(I've used myself & you feel shitty as he'll while on it) Could be many reasons why she is holding water/looking puffy on her legs
