+ 14 achieving goals with AS and knowing if theyre needed or not to achieve them

ad

well, I have been thinking about writing this for some time , but I have been quite busy but found the time today. I've talked to a few different people on here who see the same shit I do. more and more people using gear who honestly shouldn't be touching it for multiple reasons. some people are using gear to achieve goals that are easily attainable naturally but, due to their lack of effort/motivation they choose to use gear to achieve their goals. there are also those people who use gear to achieve their fairly easy goals but do not have the nutrition to support it so they end up depending completely on the gear to carry them to their goals. then when it comes time to come off they don't in fear of losing their gains, which they most definitely will because they due not get the needed nutrition to carry this new mass they didn't have enough to gain it in the beginning hence the cycle dosed too high. there are also others who fall into these categories who have ran multiple compounds im talking no less the 5 and they don't even look like they hit a fucking gym. all I seem to wonder is why? why are soo many people afraid of food? some women are afraid if they eat a little while lifting weights they will turn into iris kyle in a course of a month, sorry ladies it doesn't work that way. then there are the ladies who want to use gear and have abs but don't want to lose their ass/hips or have their breasts shrink a little lol. now on to the guys I see more often then not guys who want the ifbb body over night so they eat a little and train like a mad man and just keep upping the dose using pharma grade compounds with research chem pct . very poor choice if there is anything that is unbelievably important its your pct meds the longer you sit crashed the harder it is to get it back. guys who use weight in the gyms they shouldn't be touching because its about mind muscle connection , sure after awhile you'll be moving that "big" weight but instead of slinging it around going full retard you will be controlling it and using mind muscle connection instead of overloading your stabilizers. but instead it comes down to more more more gear instead of planning your diet for your "life" of growing to get big , not just your diet while on cycle. I'd be willing to put money on if more then half the guys and women on here put half the effort into planning their diet that they put into their cycles and compounds they'd look extremely better and also perform better. ive skipped days at the gym if for some crazy reason my nutrition was lacking that day , because it comes down to the food that makes you grow not the compound or the dose, and I look at it like if I don't have the energy from lack of food , and cant heal from lack of food im just wasting my time. then ill skip that day get my meals that I missed in and hit it the next day, which none of that happens often as if you saw my wife and i's kitchen it looks like a graveyard for Tupperware. all I am saying is that there are many who need to practice what they preach like depending on the food then the gym then the compounds, or figuring if your truly ready for anabolic steroids at all. this is just me and my opinion but if someone cant look at you and know you go to the gym you honestly should not touch gear. if you cannot plan your diet out whether it be for bulking or cutting you have no business with gear. if you cannot figure out what training set up to do for the week you have no business touching gear. you need to have a plan but if your truly ready to use anabolic steroids your diet and training will already have been in place for years before you ever thought of using gear. there are a few people on here who's karma is deceiving all I see is a lot of pictures and not a lot of knowledge and the little bit of knowledge they parrot to others is common sense in my eyes. I hope this post doesn't go unheard because the choices and dreams you have today can be horrible choices and nightmares down the line. so hopefully someone takes something away from I wrote because it seems like there are lot of people on here who really do not have the slightest clue on when they are truly ready to run gear and not just how to eat while on it but also while off it, or their goals are easily achievable with the right foods and the right intensity in the gym with a good training plan. too much faith in compounds and doses and too little attention to the things that really matter. now that ive got this off my mind plenty more time for the gun powder to get packed and packed tighter and tighter every day for the next rant. until next time...... thanks for all the positive feed back fellas and its reasons like this why I am very fond of eroids. because even tho we have our trolls, dipshits , shit stirrers , and lazy newbs there are an elite group who actually gives a shit how things are done around here. even if it doesn't help everyone and only helps one person then the post was a success and that's all that matters. whether it be you truly have a love for the sport or just love the gym and lifestyle that comes with lifting we are all brothers in iron and brothers on here, even if we bicker like a couple cunts in a bathroom every now and then. its the people who have been here for quite awhile and who will continue to share knowledge and tips on here as long as eroids exists who can help the movement and try to help these newbies to the sport or anabolic steroids see the real facts and how to do things along with when to do them. ive started a new approach , instead of bashing others who don't get the reasons or the order things are done in this lifestyle I try a little harder to give them the pros and cons of following the path we preach . if they still don't get it and continue to fight back and thow a big pussy fit then im sure nitti, bb pro, noid, and Viking will insert boot to ass and take the trash out.

Excellent post brother. You covered all the bases pretty well. Nobody wants to hear that food is #1 on the list of things we must do but it is the absolute gospel. We all have our own reasons for going AAS but food is the universal truth behind all of this.

holy cow man, very nice subject and by the way one of the best reads of 2014 compliments, u have already said everything there was to say, food on cycle, off cycle and on pct, talking personally ive been able trough trial and error to figure out what works for me, if u wanna get big u gotta eat!! and not just any shit gotta plan that shit out and its no easy, food is the only thing that's going to makes reach are goals, when I first started 8 years ago will never forget my first training partner was a veteran BB, man always used to tall me don't rely on steroids pretend ure not doing, and focus on diet the more meals u can pack in 24hr period the more well u know, see a lot of guys today relyng on, DNP, clen, t3 and all that stuff, rely on diet u want have side effects and AND GUESS WHATS THE MOST ANABOLIC THIN U CAN DO FOR URE BODY? EAT!EAT! and then again, man I remember at the the begging I used forcefeed myself to the point were I trough up a couple of meals, if u wanna pack muscle u need a minimum of 6 clean meals a day only by doing that u will see a tremendous change, if u cant pack 6 meals cause u cant eat that much, get used to it, you want big muscles going to after shuvle down meals.... again very nice post....

Excellent work my brother, very proud of you!! Diet IS the foundation of bodybuilding. You can not simply substitute diet with steroids, it doesn't work that way, yes it will for a very short period of time, then what? Lose it all because you can't keep the caloric intake above your maintenance intake. I've had a hard time with this myself. it cost a lot of money to get big, now I sacrifice anything to maintain and grow. If I have to I will sell or pawn my TV for food, I work to goddamn hard in the gym, to maintain, the purpose isn't to maintain but to grow.. This generation doesn't understand the affirmation "You have to work for it" they expect instant gratification, how else are you going to obtain it; steroids... +2 For bring this to light, I've been saying it for a long time, just scroll through the cycle logs... Excellent work; truly proud of you bro.

"I want it, but I'm not working hard for it". My physique isn't built on steroids, it's built on food and bloody hard training day in day out for 20 years. Steroids polished up the last 10-15%, icing the cake so to speak.

Sign of the times I'm afraid. Good post T. +2

Great post tony, I'm with you 100% man..people think gear its magic, they lack the knowledge that 95% of your gains is from the food you eat and how hard you training ,5% is help from gear..+1 for a hell of a topic.

Excellent post Tony, I also fear that this seems to be the new approach...if Im not growing, then the 3 grams of gear a week im slamming must be fake so excuse me while I down another cheeseburger and fries.

IrishMack's picture

I meant it literally; I was eating a cheeseburger 90% lean but the fries part I was not eating; made me sad as hell. SO I ate 4 cheeseburgers.

Pale's picture

I know that's right. I haven't had a french fry in like a year. Fries and gravy sound so delicious.. :(

IrishMack's picture

I drive by multiple fast food joints on my way home from work, all I smell is those delicious, golden brown tasty fries. the hardest addiction to overcome.

vhman's picture

There's always room for cheeseburgers and fries..

Gospel right there!

Sometimes I think folk misunderstand the role of steroids and where they fit into the muscle building process. Young men in my gym, when I have the occasion to talk to them, really have this idea in their heads that steroids are gonna make 'em huge. Pause and think about it - a couple of CCs of steroid powder dissolved in oil is gonna make me jacked? Anabolics do quite a few things but it's mostly about increasing protein synthesis and accelerating post workout recovery. Steroids use food to do their work and require that the muscle be broken down sufficiently from training to rebuild and grow stronger. I almost think there are kids than think they can shoot up, go home, order out a pizza, go to bed and awaken looking like the Incredible Hulk. Boy I wish. Nice write up bro +2

I agree with what you are spilling out. Having said that, you are 25 and probably been using gear yourself for a bit right? Also there is no pic up of you, so you could be a fat man behind a computer. I'd +1 this if I saw who was writing it.

im 25 and ive done multiple shows natural shows at that some that ive won that I might add. I chose not to post a pic because I have incriminating tattoos that could easily single me out. I really do not think my wife who is also on here who is insane shape would date a fat guy but hey who knows. an kno I haven't used a ton of gear at all, instead ive chosen the sponge method and figured id learn every thing I could about training, diet , anabolic steroids, supplements , pre contest, etc etc . my wife and I are both personal trainers with numerous contests under our belts. so if that's all you go on is a picture im sorry buddy. will I post a picture probably not but I also might but ill have to use some tattoo cover up which I use under my dream tan. Ive researched and talked to many of competitors who have been on gear for quite a long time some who have pro cards and others who are beginners. there are plenty of advanced members on here who do not have pictures at all either. so are all of them fat frauds too? im actually not on an ass load of gear with 10 cycles under my belt just like my wife isn't either because we know it isn't the gear its the food. have a nice day.

dude don't get you feathers all rustled. The write up was great and i agree what you are saying. I didn't call you a fraud! This post will fall on deaf ears bro, they always do and it's a shame to be honest. Yes there are many on here that should be on bodybuilding.com learning how to diet and such before using steroids. And I am sure their are many on here without pics that a natural gym goer would blow their physiques away. Good to see that you learned all those things before joining this site. You have a nice day also
