+ 4 Ideal Physique
ad
Everyone has that one person (or more) who they look at and say "damn, that's what I want to look like." I'm interested in seeing all of your choices for your favorite physique- the body that you aspire to have, which drives you to push a little harder in the gym so you can get closer to that ideal. We all have different goals.. some are not aesthetic at all, but rather strength-oriented.. But I thought this would be a little fun. You can post the pics, links or just list 'em!

he's a big dude
yea i just love the shape he is in he has that steam lined look, and even in the film pain and gain he was in some shape
I give up, I would have to post a few different women.
I doubt I will ever compete to win. I will go on stage for me, but the look I want will confuse the judges lol. I want my legs and glutes slightly over developed, a tight core with a hint of abs, a well defined but not massive back and arms like a figure competitor but without the broad shoulders.
AnonWho cares, post a few different ones! Doesn't need to be a competitor body either.
ok, you asked for it lol
Fkex Wheeler of 2002 looked super at only like 210&220lbs. I'm all about symmetry but realistically I will be at my best at around 45 and continuing to build from that
I like to see very wide shoulders and then taper down through the mid section. honestly like Arnold had in his hayday.

Hmm, I don't know but I'm about to go google to find out
Zyzz at his biggest right before he died. He wasn't the biggest or most shredded. He just had sick muscle shape and insertions. He was pretty big and lean at the end, 6'1 220 at probably 7%. He was the definition of aesthetic. And he did it in 4 years, from 130lbs to 220.

You're right about his aesthetic's. It's a damn shame he had a heart attack, I read he had some kind of genetic heart defect. Probably exacerbated by gear. Sad.
Ya he had a undiagnosed heart defect. Gear didn't help at all that's forsure. People make it seem like he was running massive doses of gear and while they weren't small doses, there's guys on this site running more who aren't even close to his size and leanness yet. But I think one of the biggest factors was how quickly he transformed. He went from like 120-220 in less then 4 years. It only took him two years to go from 120-205. so all of a sudden his heart has to support another 100lbs of muscle. That's gotta he very stressful on it.

AnonHis shoulder/upper back to waist ratio was insane!
What amazes me the most is the fact that he was Mr. Olimpia at 190 pounds only
