Lot of stuff listed up top that would be on my cutting plan list........... lets talk PURE BULK.

Bread....... white sliced loafs.
Pitta breads.
Basmati white rice.
Pasta.... white.... all varieties (by the ship load)
Pork.... chops, boneless loin if preferred (massive selenium content)
Ham and bacon.
Full fat milk.
Full fat yoghurt.
Cheeses........... lots.
Offal...... Hearts, liver, and kidneys.
Soup........... before every meal for added calories.
Extra virgin olive oil..... for drinking.
Baked beans..... for snacking on.
BEEF.... BEEF..... MORE BEEF.

When pure bulking i never even think "eat healthy".... Chicken and fish are OUT!...Turkey.. major OUT!............ After months of eating all that healthy low fat shit when comp prepping its time to let loose with the big guns and roll out the really high calorie stuff to lay down some real mass on my shredded frozen body....... if you boys wanna climb towards or above 250lbs this is the only way to go!... correct mega high intensity heavy training and cleverly thought out stacks that utilise half-life's and compound specifics to their max potential will do the rest and keep you from becoming the Michelin man.

Bulking = I eat everything and worry about trimming it up later. Loads of red meat, followed by more red meat. A mate of mine once caught me eating a cold T-bone steak in the car at 6.30am when I was waiting for him at the gym. He said "wtf is that". Answer "breakfast"

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

Damn right brother................ i read far too many diet plans on here (supposed bulkers) and they usually are set out like cutting or maintenance diets when a good solid base has already been built..... you know as well as i do after years of trail and error diet plans, the ONLY way to get BIG is to eat BIGGER.....

If my plate doesn't look like it could feed two people it needs tuning REAL QUICK.

That 997 looks sad........................ Welcome to the GRAND club Smile

Only reason im trying to keep from putting on to much fat is because I just spent a year cutting off 45lbs of lard.

Catalyst's picture

Can understand that mate. Painful going through trimming it down to put a load back on.

This thread is making me hungry. I'm on comp prep diet and could eat a man with a scabby head at the moment Smile

Hell yes! Bring on bulking season!

Another one of my favorites is to take sone chicken breast and chop it up. After its chopped up sear it off and let sit for a minute cook up your rice. When thats done throw rhe chicken and rice in one pot mix in your brocolli. It will steam and cook while your warming the rice and chicken. Throw on some terriyaki sauce. Let it simmer down for a minute throw into tupperware bowls and youve got all your meals for days.

Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, KFC, Poptarts, Soda, cookies, ice cream, and all that good shit.

It's cool, you're bulking brah.

I could devour some cookies right now lol! Ive been adding black cherry mio water enhancer to my cottage cheese and it definitely takes care of my sweet tooth cravings. It tastes amazing!

A go to favorite of mine is to take 2 8 oz. chicken breast and a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, and a little onion. Chop up the veggies and throw it in the oven @375 for about 20-30 minutes till chicken is cooked. I use brown instant rice after that. Just put a bag in some water in the microwave for 10 minutes and you have rice. Mix it all together and add some lemon pepper and regular pepper and maybe a jalapeño or 2 for some kick. I'm Cajun so I like it hot. I can make up a big batch and portion it out for later in the week. I have to plan and cook ahead to keep my diet on point. I work long ass hours so it makes eating every 3 hrs much easier.

Variety was becoming a real issue with me when it came time for meal planning. I added lean ground turkey and ground chicken. The ground chicken is pretty damn good. Often with like veggie soup or chili I would go with 1 pound of lean ground beef mixed with 1 pound of lean ground turkey or chicken.

This is just a tip to save money. But hit your local meat market they usually have better meat and give big discounts for buying in bulk. We have one aroind here that offers a steak pack for $63.00 and includes 10 lbs of high end steaks. Ends up way cheaper than grocery store

Carry around a big ass bag of raw almonds.

jansen's picture

That falls under various nuts that I have listed under fats.

BlackDoug's picture

You defiantly need to add greens in for balance bro

jansen's picture

Read the post again doug

BlackDoug's picture

Lol I'm retarded...... I drove 11 hours and I'm in Connecticut taking care of personal stuff....... Just tired and skimming!

jansen's picture

Its all good bro, I knew I had caught you slippin ha ha!

What kind of cycle do you plan on running for your bulker. You can pm it to me if you're not ready to put it out on open forum yet.

WINNING's picture

Eggs? I sometimes eat them for breakfast and after the gym.

jansen's picture

I usually buy them every week, 60 at a time. They do sell egg whites in gallon jugs that can be frozen or refrigerated and have a very long shelf life. https://www.eggwhitesint.com/

WINNING's picture

That's cool as shit, I def going to try them on my next bulker. Smile

Great list and great additions below (+1).
I would also like to add a giant box of pop tarts, fruit loops and/or lucky charms, jalapeno kettle chips, and quite a few pints of ben and jerry's ice cream. Now that's bulking food! ;-)

jansen's picture

Lmao! Thats one way to get your calories in! Im gonna update the list later with everyones additions.

I prefer my berries frozen. Makes for good smoothies and I believe they are healthier due to being frozen right after picked and not chemically treated to keep them "fresh" / pesticides etc...

vhman's picture

I get a three berry mix from the big warehouse store and it's the best that I've found.

jansen's picture

I agree, thats exactly why I prefer to buy fresh and freeze them myself.

macadamia nut oil, best source of fat there is. Greek yogurt, 2 cups before bed. slow releasing protein, 380 cals, like 50 protein and 56 carbs. Avacados are another great source of fat. And EGGS! tons and tons of eggs and egg whites. Guess eggs cant be frozen but go to walmart, 5 dozen for 8 bucks, perfect for 1 week. Regular salmon, idk why you would buy canned shit when you can get the real deal and just freeze it. During bulks I like to go buy those already cooked and hot chickens they sell at the grocery store. its like 4-5 bucks for a whole chicken and it comes out to almost 2lbs of meat. And it actually tastes good and has a decent amount of calories compared to boneless skinless. Idk about you but I cant eat 5000 calories of boneless skinless chicken breast on a bulk.

jansen's picture

Good add! The reason for the canned salmon is because where I live salmon is not something you see very often.

irongame427's picture

I buy it frozen. I think the bag is like 4-5lbs and there shrink rapped into 4oz flliets. I put a tiny bit of mayo, a little minced garlic and some dill weed and bake it for 18 minutes. Then i put a baked potato in the microwave for 6 minutes and I'm good to go. Really easy and tastes great.

treadinontren's picture

How about some clean pastas ie veggie or wheat

jansen's picture

Forgot all about my whole wheat pastas! Good add!

texbrad67's picture

Plain Greek yogurt.

jansen's picture

Whats the shelf life on it and can it be frozen?

texbrad67's picture

Yes yogurt can be frozen if stored in a freezer proof container for up to 2 months although some of the beneficial bacteria may be lost.

irongame427's picture

Illl stay good for a solid 3 weeks atleast, maybe more. But i just buy a few new tubs of them every week.

jansen's picture

I could of added cottage cheese to the list but I didnt because im specifically looking for foods with a longer shelf life. Reason being is because it will take me a few weeks to buy all my foods to eat for 12 weeks after that.

irongame427's picture

Yaa I hear ya, I usually buy 2 weeks worth at a time, and the greek yogurt always last atleast that long. But cottage chesse is so nasty no matter what you add to it. Ive tired all kinds of shit and it makes me wanna puke. Greek yogurt tastes good and it has the same slow release casien protein in it.

jansen's picture

Put some black cherry mio water enhancer in it. Its zero calorie and makes cottage cheese taste like candy!

jansen's picture

Come on newbies this is a chance for you guys to earn some karma! I'll also sweeten the pot a little. Ill give one karma point to anyone who can take the list of food and plan a meal, but you must include the recipe, seasoning used, and cooking instructions etc. The meal must include meat, source of carbs, and your choice of green veggies since I didn't list any green veggies.

jansen's picture

Yes sir! Forgot those!
