Intermit. Fasting through the morning.
ECA.
No more carbs after 3pm.
No more food after 7pm.

Works for me...

Eat grapefruit for your fruit source. It burns fat off your body.

I suggest doing fasting cardio 1st thing in the morning....I saw your cardio sessions below, sprints or not 20 minutes for me isn't enough.. 30-40 minimum fasting is what I needed to do.

Any other suggestions other than fasted cardio? I'm not a morning person and it's insanely hard for me to get time before work to do cardio, have breakfast and then get ready to go to work. =(

Then just do it after you lift. That would be the second best time IMO!

x2 lifting depletes glycogen which allows you to burn fat at a higher rate when doing cardio post lifting

Fuck ! Your job is no joke!! Try the fasting thing anyway if you can..Stay hydrated brother ..

How much cardio are you doing? What's your diet like? Have you swapped it up any?

Bigs251's picture

Like older muscle said try fasted cardio. It does amazing things for my body and I just feel better throughout the day. Make sure you are staying hydrated with your job and keeping electrolytes in your system. I've been adding a lot of salt in my diet because I'm working outside now and I can't hold any water since it just sweats out

Diet and the right mix of cardio/training. Do more super sets or circuit type workouts that will help get you ripped at the same time

It just takes time man. spot reduction is not possible, you just have to keep dieting and it will slowly come off everywhere. Take progress pics to. Ive been dieting for about 10 weeks right now and i still have a decent amount of fat on my stomach but when i look at my pics from just 4 weeks ago the difference is huge. Its tough to notice differences when we see ourselves everyday, so pics are key.

Ya same here bro I'm getting so vascular it's crazy. Loving that but if can't wait to get rid of the rest of the stomach fat. And I don't think tren is this wonder drug for buring fat. It's not, but it def helps a little but diet is still everything.
