And Trenegade, I don't even do any cardio. I fucking hate doing cardio. I'm just going to diet hardcore till show. No carb it a week out and carb up two days out. Also going to add mast at 100ed too once I get yokes order in.
Order some adex and was supposed to be on 1mg a day but just been doing .5. Should see some noticeable changes at 1mg soon.
This is my first show so if I don't win, I don't care. It was a learning experience fo sho.
