Try running high mg primo for 16 weeks and "fitting yourself" into a car all crippled most of the time cuz your glutes hurt...oyy vey lol. I feel your pain ;-)
I pin then that day I train what I pinned. Helps with PIP a lot
I don't like to .. mostly because I pin delts and doing a heavy shoulder or bench after pinning sucks ...
AnonSame but I like to put at least 4-6 hours in-between the pin and hitting that body part in the gym. It does seem to help. If you only give it an hour or 2 and it was a larger volume of oil it hurts like fuck in the gym lol
I did that on delts… once. Then again I barely get pip at all, like almost unnoticeable, with this gear.
I def do that occasionally...sometimes I can't decide if it helps or not
