Tink22Sorry should have put more detail. I have my order. But in conditions of use it says to update if certain things occur. I updated with my issue and I don't know if they check them again? I don't want to pm cause I'm trying not to be a person that messages 3000 different ways. I updated 2.days ago. Just trying to get resolved as I want to place another.

I think I know what you're saying, you updated pmt info maybe? If so, yes he gets it and then it will update to the next level until finally it updates to shipped. You should receive an email every time it updates. Hope that helps.
