The GH is badgers stuff right? If so been on it for 3 months at 4iu ed. It's good stuff. I don't have my last labs from 2 months ago but I'm gunna get tested again for IGF in the next couple days. I might post up my results.

I do lunges till I can't bend my knees anymore. I love doing them bodyweight after doing my max squat (work up to 2 reps x 2 sets) workout. Its like cardio too after pushing all that heavy weight...best of both worlds ;-)
