1000lb leg press 16x

I just went to the gym today and did the leg press at 1000lbs for 16 reps. What do u think I could max out? Also I was gonna squat but my legs weren't up for it. Just by that any ideas what my max squat shod be?

Not to rain on parade here but leg press means NOTHING as far as a squat goes. I see guys all the time load the leg press up that cant squat 315.

Samsung86Awesome, I appreciate the advice. the thing is planet fitness doesn't have the extra racks Ontop of there leg press to put more weight so I couldn't even max out if I wanted.
Tell one of your bddies to climb on that thing to give you the extra weight you need, FUCK planet fitness!!!

Sweet. You'll be surprised, i can leg press 1000 by 8 MAX with good form.. Im sure you can get by 1200 by 5-7... And better get a back belt thought to avoid snapping shit lol
