ok help here lost 20lbs of muscle !!!!!

ok so since feb 4th ish i have been doing this anabolic keto diet of high fats and mod protein and 30 or less carbs and i went in today and i have lost from 295 to 268 but 20lbs have been muscle now idk if its bc i didn't have any carbs if i didn't have enough protein iv had at least 1 gram per bw so around 225-250 ish rest comes from fat iv done all types of training from gvt to 5x5 and your normal 4x12 compound heavy lifts first accessories later iv been hell sore i haven't been juicing for like 4 months now my total calories is around 3000 give or take a few any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you see how your body change in the mirror? I kinda doubt if you actually lost "20lbs of muscle". You're now 21% bf so I assume you were higher before you started this diet. At this bf you're likely to have higher estrogen due to high bf, thus easier to get bloated. Since you're doing a extremely low carb diet, you will expect to lose alot of water weight. I was constantly at 20%+ bodyfat a while ago and I always lose 10+lbs of water and few lbs of fat the first few weeks of cutting at 240lbs~250lbs. I wouldn't be surprised if I lose this much water if Im at your weight(290lbs+). Not sure if this is your case.
And I have lost tons of strength
Yea I went from like 294 to 268 20lbs of it was lean body mass and 4 lbs was fat I suppose maybe 10 lbs might have been water but u had a a huge refeed Sunday and weighed that idk even my mom said I'm losing my muscle and I haven't felt like iv gotten in more shape even 10lvs of muscle is to much maybe I'm just paranoid about losing it and should just go back to carbs idk what I'm gnna do and my bf stayed the same actually from 21.3 to 21.4
No way you've lost 20lbs of muscle and 4lbs of fat. Don't even need to look at pics. The body does not break into that kind of ratio, it prefers to burn fat first and will burn muscle if you are drastically undercutting in calories. Sure you've lost some but the % from fat to muscle burning there cannot be accurate, you are being paranoid IMO.
That's what I was thinking but on my chart it said fat free mass 231 and then it went down to 211 that's a lot and my weight from 294-268 and only 3.9 lbs was fat that's coming from a bod pod idk I think I am paranoid but my lifts atleast upper body are weak I went from telling 250 on incline to barely being able to do 175 so I'm gnna just eat a balanced diet and then maybe I can recover some of that muscle I feel small as fuck and I'm no more leaner than I was 10 lbs ago or even 20
Why not try a referee once a week?
I did have a refeed every week for 24-30 hrs
That's really not a "refeed" lol but still you def need more calories in you man. I'm cutting on 3400 calories at 185
and I'm doing it naturally unfortunately so idk if the higher calories will really help me cut what do u think ?
Your still a big boy though so your gonna have to find your sweet spot with the calories everyone is differnt my body loves higher carbs and no fat

Yea I know I'm just gnna bump it up for a month to get back into it then I'll start dropping calories

lol yea tell me about it i worked my ass off and lost all of my gains so I'm just gnna go straight to carbs around 350 carbs and 345 protein and 95g of fat should put me around 3500 ill do that for a while and star5t cutting from there
3000 calories isn't gonna maintain a man of your size. you need more like 5000
i know but i was thinking i could try and maintain the muscle that i had i was at 231 lb of lean body mass now I'm at 211

thats what I'm thinking but i wanted to give the diet a try iv read so many good things about eating high fat and protein maybe my protein wasn't high enough
