No sweat?
ad
For the past few months , whenever I would do cardio , I would be drenched in sweat by the time I was done, literally soaked. This whole last week , I cannot work up a sweat no matter what I do, it's the weirdest thing . Does anyone know why that happens with your body? I don't understand why I cannot sweat?

Last night and today everything suddenly went back to normal , breaking crazy sweat doing cardio again. Not sure what was up this past week but it seems to have sorted it self out so hopefully it stays this way , thanks for all the help and suggestions from everyone , it's truly appreciated !
This happens to me when I get in better shape.. I have to really crank up the intensity and I wear a sweat shirt with a hood just to increase my body temp, once I get a good sweat going I take it off. It's possible your body is just getting used to what you are doing.. What kind of cardio do you do? Maybe switch it up and do some serious Hitt!
Surprised no one has offered the fact that the body adapts. Your body becomes more efficient. Your cardio health improves. If you want your cardio to be more difficult, make it so. Go faster, for longer periods of time. I don't sweat much either, but I consume at least 5 gallons of water a day.
Lets carry on from here gentlemen with a nice clean thread........ thankyou.
epcfitnessAre you properly hydrated?
No less water intake the before, unless I need to increase it since I bumped my doses . Don't seem overly thirsty or anything . Guess I'll try to increase the water intake to see if that makes a difference
whats your cycle?
100 tren ace/ED , 100 mast p/ED, 50 test p/ED
this is from tren, most suffer from too much sweating, in some just the reverse, your suffering from "anhidrosis" unable to sweat, this can be attributed to trens affect on your autonomic nerve system, blood pressure, heart rate, digestive system, body temperature and even rapid nutrient uptake, you need to be very careful you do not overheat, when we dont sweat, its preventing excess toxins leaving our bodies, if this issue doesnt rectify very shortly, you will have to stop cycle, you can try forcing up a sweat, but just be careful in doing so, you do not want to overheat, you can die, try upping your liver and kidney supps, those toxins need to come out, vitamin e is another good one, obviously lots of water, making sure your pissing often, be careful, good luck.
How common is this with tren users?
i dont know the percentage, it just affects people differently, remember its not actually designed for human consumption, it negatively affects your nervous system, with tren you see a heap of guys complain about having the shakes, usually its to do with blood sugar levels, but it is also common due to nervous system, i remember years ago, a lad on another board had this problem, he had tonnes of tests, they told him its genetic, inherited, no cure, then he admitted tren use, this was the reason, he was fine a short time after cycle.
Stupid question: Hows water intake?
Water intake has been normal , no changes it seemed to start with the increase of tren dose.... I have been pounding out the cardio and just can't seem to anything but slightly moisture on my body. I just don't understand why I would sweat a gallon of water out before and for over a week now I can't break a sweat
What is your normal water intake? How about urine production? Any change?
I drink fairly often through the day a few bottles a day and a few bottles right before bed actually . Urine production maybe be a bit less now that I think about it
AnonYou are not drinking nearly enough not even close with a tren dose like that particularly... You need to triple that or more. When on tren I did not get thirsty but in reality you need significantly more water than usual. I do anyways I can't speak for everyone urine gets dark very easily = toxins need to be flushed out. I don't mean to echo gearhead here verbatim but he's spot on make sure you are getting a full 1 gallon minimum a day should be more really, I'm between 1.5-2 gallons per day and not even on tren I need that much just to push these 7 meals through me & stay hydrated enough during my training/cardio sessions. I train more/longer than most people probably do though & get in the sauna after cardio usually
If that doesn't fix it then what Flash posted above sounds very accurate, I'd abort if you can't start sweating on a full 2 gallons a day that's just crazy
Bro, I drink a gallon before I hit the gym for sure and then try to get another gallon in afterwards such that I'm not gonna be up pissing all night. I'm not saying u need two gallons but 1 for sure esp on cycle bro. A few bottles doesn't sound like a lot . . .
